Swayman isn't a $64 mil over 8 years type of goalie performance wise. He's been good, but hasn't proven the elite numbers like the highest paid Goalies. Bruins should stay firm on what they offered.

Its ironic they have Raycroft on the show when he’s a prime example of a former Bruins goalie who had an incredibly small sample size of sustained success only to fade into little more than a backup at best. This is why those who balk at the idea of Swayman getting 8x8 or the absurd north of 10 million rumors are concerned with these numbers.
