I know I’m biased because I’m Liverpool fan… but the lack of respect towards us during this title challenge is crazy to me.
We’ve missed half of our best 11 for 3 months of the season - Arsenal and City have had near perfect injury records yet we’re top - even with shocking ref decisions costing us points vs City, Arsenal, Chelsea + Spurs
😂😂😂😂 perfect injury record ok bootlepool
@@anti-stupid-not--vax9629 ‘near perfect’
Arsenal have had 2 big injuries Partey and Timber - neither are starters.
City to be fair have missed de Bruyne and Haaland for periods - that’s about it though.
Liverpool have missed Alisson 3 months, Salah 3 months, Trent 3 months, Thiago all season, Jota 3 months, szoboszai 1 month, Matip 5 months, Robertson 4 months - most of these happened at the same time, and that’s just the starting players… add in the squad players like gravenberch, Jones, Tsimikas, Bradley, Bajcetic who all
Missed a lot of football.
Like I said, their records are near perfect and are a million miles away from ours
@@TG-it8zt De Bruyne out for 6 months and Haaland 2 months
Liverpool are top because of Anfield and the extra motivation Klopp leaving has generated. Tactically and technically they're the weakest of the top 3 teams.
@@omertatv3085 yeah that’s remotely similar to Liverpool’s isn’t it. Billion pound squad and they’ve had 2 big injuries, same for Arsenal
As a LFC fan I want the Europa league the only trophy missing in Klopp's cabinet. (A clean sweep), a weekend out in Dublin celebrating a 'treble' and Klopp send off. Perfect end, let's go.
This is the best title race we've seen in the Premier League; it's unlikely to have the AGUEROOOO drama but the fact three teams have an equal shout to win it is brilliant.
Best have a Goooomezzz then
As a Liverpool I’ll be hoping arsenal and city go through to the next round of the champions league I think them having to go at each other in a 2 leg final will benefit us in the league. We’ve got a Europa league 2 leg to play but I think we’ll have the privilege of managing certain players but city and arsenal will definitely use their full strength sides.
The europa league this season being between the premier league champions and the invincible bundesliga champions would be the biggest europa league final ever and potentially bigger than this years champions league final
I support a team in the championship before people claim I'm being biased
interesting point. would be kinda fun and i think it would be a cracking game.
if City beat Madrid there will likely be more european cup wins between the europa semifinalists than the CL
It’s funny how football works
The final itself, agreed. But stilk obviously much harder to win the UCL than UEL this season
Liverpools squad is not the weakest of the 3 I’d argue it’s the strongest that’s why we’ve been able to mount this challange while other clubs with similar injury problems have collapsed
Yet only Arsenal beat both there title rivals
@@StarBoy6716why does it matter? Arsenal was lucky not to come away with 0 points at Anfield and at the etihad. The only result arsenal really deserved was against Liverpool at the emirates.
@@elliothavik4697Even that was debatable, they had good first half, Liverpool were on top in the second half til VVD and Alison decided to give them the 2nd goal

Cool and that'll mean nothing if Arsenal don't win the league which right now isn't in their hands.
02:38 they dont have the best fixures! City has by far the easiest remaining fixures.
Apart from Spurs and Brighton away.
Liverpool play United away, Aston Villa away, Everton (Derby) away, West Ham away and Spurs.
And yes, Liverpool doesn't play in the Champions League. But they play on Thursdays and have less time for recovery.
If you play on Wednesday and Saturday, what’s the difference between that and Thursday and Sunday ?
@@Youafool500 You don't necessarily play in the CL on Wednesday and in the PL on Saturday!
You also play on Tuesdays (CL) and Sundays (PL)
THey wun all those games by like 3-4 goals. It's already over.
@@robhans5 Not really. They draw against United and lost to Spurs. The other games were home games and none of them were won by a difference of 3.4 goals.
Well, historically, Liverpool used to throw points while playing mid to lower table teams.
Always thought the europa league is actually quality when it gets to the quarters. The final IS a massive occasion for any fan base. Couple that with the fact that it's in Dublin and was also the trophy Klopp missed out on (its the only trophy he hasn't won for LFC) it's huge
He never wkn European Conference League either for Liverpool.
@@ifldiscovery8500hes never played in it either so it doesnt matter
Weakest squad shouts is crazy. For a month, they played with seven starters out and only lost one game. Still are missing the keeper, their best finisher and their key creator.
If Arsenal or even city were without their keeper, RB, 2 of their best midfielders, their 3 best forwards (at the time, Nunez was out too), they wouldn’t manage to win. Even Arsenal against Luton with just a switch of a couple of their bench players in for their regular first team wasn’t a dominant performance yet Liverpool are dominating week in and out with their fringe players and kids.
U are right...They are talking nonsense. We have 5 functioning forward players all with more than 10 goals. Our midfield is 6 quality players deep that are all interchangeable...our backline has swiss Gomez, Bradley, TAA, Robbo and third choice Tsimikas who is a very able player...a bit thin in central defence, but we still have 3 CBs that have performed admirably...plus Kelleher and Allison..
We might not necessarily have the strongest 11, but we have the strongest 24.
@@bigtownrestaurants6767 I'm not sure that we even have the strongest 24 per say. I'd say it's more that the players are a more united and cohesive unit as a whole, rather than strongest in terms of quality depth.
@@bigtownrestaurants6767we definitely have the strongest 11 when healthy without a doubt

Liverpool’s bench has won more games then Chelsea this season 🤣😂🤣 ❤️✌️
How have Liverpool got the weakest squad lol? They’ve got genuine world class players in every position, all of which that have won everything. Alisson, VVD, Konate, Trent, Robbo, Mac Allister, Salah, Diaz. Arsenal have the weakest squad out of the three IMO.
I'm biased but yes
Liverpool made Man City look very ordinary a few weeks back. They should have won it and had periods where they looked a level above Man City. Its not that surprising that they could win the title. The only surpise is that they are where they are with the dire injury situation they have had and the loss of so many 1st team players for sooooooo long. As a starting 11 of Alisson, Trent, Virgil, Konate, Andy Rob, Alexis Mac Allister, Endo, Szoboslai, Salah, Darwin and Diaz. - they are as good as Arsenal and Man City. And the bench has now become very strong. The only debatable player in this list for your not a liverpool watched week in week out is Endo. He came from a mediocre side at the age of 30. But he is as good as a defensive midfielder, right now, as pretty much anyone in the prem perhaps bar Rodri.
Well said lads 👍
As a Liverpool fan, I've watched us push all the way to the end only to lose against a "minor" team and bottle the entire run on too many occasions to go around claiming we are going to win the league. Until the very last match has gone 90+ minutes and we're 3 goals ahead with no losses between now and then...yeah, then I'll start saying we're going to win the league and tbh we might still bottle it then XD.
Y'all seem to be forgetting that if Man City catch their momentum, they aren't losing a single match for the rest of their run. Arsenal might bottle it like Liverpool does but Man City? Haha, watch them go on a ludicrous run now that they are 3 points behind. That said, I'd love to be wrong. Liverpool for #1??? HELL YEAH!!!
Can’t have been a liverpool fan for long mate, no team in england has finished the end off the season as strong as liverpool have for i don’t know….. the last five seasons 🤣. Sure ya been watching pool laa? Pretty sure liverpool have barely lost a game in the prem during the last ten games…. Since about 2018 if i remember properly. The answer is yes. The Klopp farewell tour will probably end with Liverpool winning the league for the last time for a long while. And fair play to him.
We defo aren't favourites. Have you seen our away games? No chance.
Last time for a long while?
People said the same thing when Shankly left.
Liverpool will never go through what Chelsea and United are going through. We will get a suitable manager who will soar higher.
@@payneemelda3131 this idea sounds great but even Klopp needed 4 generational talents in Salah VVD Trent and Allison to get to where he got to. Even with your new recruitment staff and Edward’s. Dudes, this was an exhilirating debate. Love it. Thank you.
With Liverpool at home in the first leg of the Europa, if they can make a good effort on GD at Anfield, Klopp can rotate and start his bench more on the second leg and it will help with the title fixtures.
The transition between the two cameras is killing me!!
Europa League would also lead to the Super Cup and potentially a Club World Cup, which would be a great start for a new manager, so as a Liverpool fan I definitely don't want to see us throw that competition under the bus.

Trent , Jota and Bajcetic are back next week.
That means the bench will include Jota, Bradley, Gakpo, Elliott, Jones, Gravenberch,Tsimikas, Quansah, Gomez, Bajcetic. Is that really a weaker squad?
And no, he won't weaken the team for the Europa because we play better when we get rhythm. Those key players might only get 60 minutes or get a rest here and there because with Gomez, Jota, Elliott, Jones, Quansah and Bradley we aren't weaker
Yes. Thank you and goodnight.
Big unanswered question at Emirates is, can Thomas ‘Octopus’ Partey get his 8 legs going and not ping another muscle for a month or so? If really fit he takes them up another notch even if just off the bench.
Said this from day one about haaland he’s shocking he only effective when he scores and while he scores it’s fine but when he doesn’t score he’s not worth being on the pitch
This Ole is more consistent than Ole’s at the wheel
Interesting vid, although probably kiss of death for Liverpool now lol. I guess they have to statistically be favourites but it doesn't feel that way imo. They also don't have the best fixtures, City do, with Arsenal having the toughest. Although, none of their run-ins are cake walks, especially with a title on the line. It's still really even as Arsenal feel very strong, Liverpool are grinding results out & City are relentless.
There's Rory's jinx you heard it here first! 😂
They beat Liverpool as the 9th match in 29 days and Ray Charles could see they were gassed in AET.
Klopp and the players realy deserve this league title
@KrisGangster I mean, the amount of setbacks liverpool had this season with injuries and var, and they were so unlucky to not win more in past 5 years I think they deserve more. Id rather see arsenal win ucl to be honest.
Ps what you on about with stats🤣. Liverpool got 2 points more thats only stat that matters.
No more than Arteta or his squad
thats why you lost more games than the injury ridden liverpool team and you got away with odegaard playing basketball.@KrisGangster
@KrisGangster don't be stupid. You absolutely deluded human 😂😂😂
@KrisGangsterit can but you have to rely on Liverpool to do you a favor but Liverpool don’t need any favors from you. Their destiny is in their own hands. Yours is in theirs. That had a huge psychological impact
i’m not one of those people who’s been smeary towards arsenal this season saying they can’t do it but now i don’t think they will, the fixtures and their current points will stop them i think. City could very easily win every game whereas arsenal will drop points in a couple games i think and we’ll draw one of man u away or villa away
If we take the title this season, I sincerely believe it will be the greatest title win in the PL era, besides Leicester. The only thing we haven’t had going against us is Zeus firing thunder bolts at our players. What fascinates me is that when we go a goal down, the opposition crap themselves because they know what’s coming. COME ON YOU BEAUTIFUL REDS. 🔥
That’s the problem though, there will be like there already has been where we don’t win. We should have at least 4 more points on the board and that’s not including the spurs game! I think we draw at Man Utd!
Didn’t know you went to the university of Liverpool Rory. Cool
Don't forget about the treble 84. I'm not sure what puts the FA Cup higher in standing than the league cup. For me liverpool winning the League, European Cup and League Cup is as impressive as United's and City's recent trebles.
Not remotely true tho. Though it would still be extremely impressive
@sigurdh.s8320 not sure what you mean by not true?
True. I don't understand the disrespect the League Cup gets - there's a reason that it is usually won by a title challenger. The club that have won it the most are the most successful club in England, the club that have won it second most, are the best side that the Premier League has ever seen, the team who have won it 3rd most are the second most successful club in England.
If it didn't mean much, it wouldn't be monopolised by the big clubs.
I think what it is, is that it is won so early in the year, that the fans of all the clubs that didn't win it desperately spend the next few months trying to delegitimise it.
Lmao the fa cup is a historic original cup which is why it’s respected there’s no reason to even have 2 domestic cups most countries don’t which is why no way except city and Liverpool care about the league cup
As a Liverpool fan I disagree. While I do not see much difference between League Cup and Fa Cup.
However the Champions League is the biggest trophy. I think that a double with League and Championsleague is a bigger achievement than a Quadruple of League, Europa League, Fa Cup and League Cup
Absolutely
And unbeaten Leverkusen top of German league. Liverpool top of prem. Uefa cup is a tough comp, look at roma post jose, won every game and destroyed Brighton
As Liverpool fan I can agree that some Liverpool fans will look as being in the Europa League as a demotion we should be in the Champions League really considering how many times we’ve won the champions league 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
To me it’s good to win it knowing we’re a dynasty in Champions League already plus everyone knows we weren’t supposed to be in Europa League anyway.
We’re in the Europa League because we weren’t a top 4 team last season so we can’t say we should be in the UCL this season. And past glory in the UCL entitles us to nothing in future comps. Let’s enjoy our history while recognizing that every season our team has to go out and earn any future silverware.

As a Liverpool fan, I would love to win it all. But until we are in the final of EL, I kind of see it as an obstacle with a high reward at the end. Not trying to be a spoiled brat in Europe, but the league means so much more since we only won it once the last 30+ years.
Rory taking a change of pace and trying to curse liverpool instead of arsenal 😂
As of now yes ..evens with the bookies

Lets face it guys with 8 games to go whoever has their noses in front after each round of games have to be favourites. The only reason Liverpool are favourites is that they can drop points and still win the title even if the other two win every game (although Arsenal’s current GD advantage may say otherwise). Could all change after this weekend.
Weakest squad of the three ? Best keeper
Best cb
Best front line
Maybe best full backs
Quality down to the kids that can slot in when most of the first team is injured over almost the full
Season
CL without Liverpool is dimmed and devoid of excitement.
Liverpool are getting the job done and obviously have a great attitude etc, but for periods in a game they’re not really controlling things. In contrast Arteta is resting 5, 6 players and closing games down with great serenity and little fuss. Of course this could all change next game, but right now the question is, who’s likely to drop points next? If you go purely on form and how games unfold, you’d say Liverpool are more likely than Arsenal to throw in a stinker, get themselves in trouble they can’t get out of. Of course this could all change next game and suddenly Man City start looking rock solid!
You have to make Liverpool favourites because of the 2pt advantage, but with goal difference and goals scored still in Arsenal’s favour Liverpool only have to draw to lose that 2pt lead. It’s a one game swing, if it was two games I’d say they’re in the driving seat. And I’m looking at Liverpool’s injury situation and thinking that last season was only last year! It’ll be a great effort if they reel off straight wins and lift the title, because I won’t be surprised if either Man City or Arsenal reel off straight wins from here.
Don't be fooled by the name on player's backs it's how good they are right here and now and also comp names just because uefa ain't as prestiges as CL it's far from easy
Liverpool are favourites because games are running out.
United very tricky though. Other than that you’d expect they win those games but thats why they’re around 6/5 to win and not 1/4.
Still it’s more likely flipping heads than a Liverpool title win.
Yes
Salah Nunez Diaz macallister Robertson van dijk Trent Alisson walk into the Arsenal team and they are supposedly a stronger squad. Not to mention the rest of the pure quality depth when healthy

How on earth is Liverpool's squad the worst of the three? Since Christmas, they have the joint most points in the PL, and have a look at their injuries in that time! I can't even remember the last time that they have managed to start their first choice back 5. Van Dijk has spent almost all of this calendar year as the only first choice player in the defence. On numerous occasions they've not just been missing first choice, but also the second choice fullbacks That's the makeshift defence that has the second least goals conceded in the league, by the way. Does anyone seriously believe that Arsenal could cope with those injuries? Man City struggled when they were just missing Rodri for a few games. Where was their superior squad depth there?
Honestly, what this season has proven is that Liverpool's squad depth is in fact the best of the three. It's hard to judge their first XI, because of those injuries, but I would wager that there is a far stronger argument that it is their first XI that is the weakest of the 3, not squad depth. Or at least, it certainly was at the start of the season when that new midfield was learning how to play in a Klopp team for the first time. It's harder to judge now, if only because we've yet to see what could meaningfully be called a first choice XI from Liverpool since the very start of the season.
That Liverpool is the weakest squad of the three is a crazy take with the injuries they've had.
I hope you are right.
How old is Rory?? The guy said he was in uni at Liverpool in 2001

Honestly don't agree that Liverpool have the easiest remaining games. City do, and then Arsenal. Liverpool have the hardest ones. Fulham away, Villa away, Old Trafford, Spurs.
Arsenal must still play man united away, spurs away, chelsea home even though chelsea has been bad its still a derby so it will be tough they also still have to face aston villa who is fighting for top 4 and they face brighton away this weekend and in between that they have to face bayern munich twice,u still think liverpool has a harder run in?
Liverpool are in the europa league while man city and arsenal are in the champions league. Man city have to play two legs against real madrid, and arsenal need to play two legs against Bayern, and if they both win they have to play each other twice. But Liverpool have Atalanta now and then benfica or Marseille next... Those teams are certainly not pushovers but no one would claim that they are of the same quality as Madrid or Bayern.
@@amithsaligrama7429 UCL is irrelevant. We're talking about the league and the run-in there. It'll be harder on Arsenal and City obviously, but the LEAGUE fixtures are easier on paper
@@chadswart7017 Yes. Arsenal have Villa at home (Villa aren't very good away), Man United away which is the same fixture as Liverpool, Spurs away which is tough but Liverpool have Spurs at home. Chelsea away can cause trouble but on paper they're not good enough. They're 10th.
Look at Fulham. They're great at home. Look at Villa. They're great at home. Fixtures Liverpool have that can quite easily disrupt their charge. Meaning Liverpool have the toughest PL fixtures.
@@chadswart7017 The average league position of Liverpool's remaining fixtures is 9.5
Arsenal's, 9.125.
City's, 11.75.
Now you'd think "oh, Arsenal have the toughest fixtures then" but that's not taking into account the fact that Liverpool have 5 away games left, like City. Arsenal have 4.
There's even an argument to be made that City's fixtures are tougher than Arsenal's.
If we do it, it’s all down to Macca 😮💨
It's down to every single player that has given his heart and soul for the team this season. Every single one of them exceeded our limit of expectations
I will absolutely love to hear why arsenals got a better squad than Liverpool? Only player that undoubtedly gets into the reds 11 is Declan rice, besides that Liverpool has quite an advantage on other positions. And in terms of squad overall it’s been demonstrated that Liverpool has enough depth to play Chelsea with 4 youth academy players in a final.. I can’t stand you lot saying Liverpool has a weaker squad than arsenal l
haalands a weird one because in a way he’s perfect for city but he’s also not good enough for city. City do just need someone to finish chances in the box and he’ll do that all day, hense his numbers, however if u look at the way he plays he does disrupt a lot of what city are trying to do like it’ll take away from the wingers and midfielders goals cus haaland can’t play those quick fancy 1-2’s, look at the numbers for the players around haaland at city i think doku’s on 2 goals, bernardo is on like 5, foden is doing great but he’s playing more as a 10 making them runs in the box alongside haaland
Liverpool aren’t favourites despite sky and the likes putting it around our necks, got like 3 away fixtures in a row and still got to negotiate Thursday Sundays when the Europa League returns next week
Why are they saying liverpool have the easier fixture? It doesn’t look like it to me as a liverpool fan.
“Harry Kane doesn’t really miss” are you kidding mate have you watched a bundesliga game of Bayern this season. Of course Kane is amazing but he misses big chances all the time at Bayern, just take a look at the header he missed on the weekend against Dortmund.
City has the best fixtures, but if LFC wins this weekend at Old trafford, that is going to be huge
5/4 means YES
I really don’t think there is a “favourite” out of the three teams that are in the running tbh
I think this weekend will official confirm that Liverpool are the favourites if they beat United. Which I think they will. But City has the easiest run now after the Arsenal/Villa games and barring 2 games the other 6 are piss easy games for City. Liverpool can't afford to lose a single game. Perhaps draw 1 game at most. Arsenal have the toughest game and the next few games will dicate whether they will be in the race all the way to the end or not.
Liverpool have the strongest squad and depth, but th le title race is between Liverpool and VAR/PGMOL....
Are you coming over...?

The reds.
‘i wasn’t at the game, i was working’ ahahahaha WORKING?? rory shut up man you don’t work
Liverpool are weak when not playing at Anfield, i expect them to drop a few points along the way. Also, they're not winning against Spurs at Anfield.
In what universe do Arsenal have a stronger squad? Liverpool have been relying on a solid fist of second choice players for most of the season and are still 2 points clear, and would be even further clear if not for catastrophic VAR errors.
Arsenal definitely have a better first team than us. They are the strongest defensively, and minefield is stronger than us. I’d say they are the team that are playing with the best form, seem to be blowing teams away, and look mentality on a higher level than previous season. However, I think Man City won’t drop a point now. So that’s the level and intensity. I see MC winning this. We choked it on multiple occasions when we didn’t put our chances away - same theme all season for us. I hope I’m wrong, but we’ll see come May..fingers crossed..
We’re gonna win the league
Lfc fans don’t take the Europa for granted. It’s a European trophy after all
i keep telling people the luck will run out they cant keep doing this till end of the season this is exactly how arsenal was doing last season the luck ran out and it was game over

Can't say that, yet (in my opinìon) but unlikely 😎
Liverpool are European royalty and if we are in it we have a chance to win it simple as that. The Europa league is on offer so that's what we will take that a league title and a league cup. A treble which ever way you slice it
