So I'm using a 4070 super, but I got to good of a deal on a ti super so got that and selling my 4070 super. Was gonna grt a 4080 super but the 70 ti super was to good to pass up and gets me way to close to spend more on. I will say this everyone days it's a cpu heavy game sure but my i5 13400f gets me very close to this even on my 4070 super. So idk it may utilize the cpu a good bit but idk if it's really so dependant on the cpu as people think. So idk i get 88 fps natively in 4k and i get around 180 with my 4070 super and i5 13400f in 1440p. With a 4070 ti super would probably be aeound 200fps.
I curently have ryzen 5 5600x and rx 6700 xt, planing on upgrading to Ryzen 7 7800x3d, is it worth to swap only cpu and stay with same gpu? Thanks in advance!

I think that 5 5600x is capable of handling a more powerfull graphics card, you are fine whith that processor
