I love the way ml protect the fl ,i admire him for being supportive to the one he love ,but in this drama how come family's destroyed their own family ,i have questions in real life as a Chinese ,is this true that family is not important to them? This is my opinion only because in many dramas that 1 watch mostly family are destroying their own family
no you are wrong. FAMILY is of utmost importance so much that it can also destroy relationships. That's why they talk about being filial all the time. It is almost like a religion and started 1,000 years ago by Confucius. If your parents object about who you love, if you are a good son or daughter you will stop seeing them to obey your parents. That's why parents have all the power in Chinese families.
opening scenes are crazy, FL sees a badly injured man but doesn't ring for an ambulance because as she told him, I can't help you because I'm fighting for my life too.
Good update of old story line, had trouble with some of the intended translation. It's hard enough trying to figure out the hes & shes, then they added words as noun/names that were confusing. No matter, still "liked" it.
Like usual the hospital seines are ridiculous with no sterile fields, street clothing and giving shots through clothing. And after treating his severe burns they let him lay on them which would be excruciatingly painful.😮 But I'm enjoying the drama so far.😅
the plot is different from other dramas but it's a bit confusing to me. I don't understand why FL's family hate her so much and tried to kill her again and again
Well the first woman hates her because she wanted her place in the family hierarchy and she was the mistresses daughter. Her brother undoubtedly was fed a line of crap by her against the FL making her out to be the bad guy. An like usual the men suck it up. The cousin and her uncle want to retain control of the Mu clan which normally would not be under their control so want her and her sister dead.
