Love this song! Took me several watches to catch the concept of the video. The way I interpret it, he is actually in his studio creating a virtual world where he is with his friends and is happy.. it makes the video feel more melancholy for me but makes the scenes where he is smiling even more special. There is an inherent longing in all of the album tracks. Makes you just *sigh*
His voice is like asmr it just hits right. The whole album relaxes so much. The MV has so much hidden meaning and Easter eggs. I love the unexpected jazz flute you never know what you’ll get from him. The fantasy slightly queer coding with to many hints at Where The Wild Things Are. It’s very unusual and aesthetic. Him doing a dance break live to the jazz flute is also unexpected.
