I like those colours on you alot but the tan brown belt and cream shoes clash. I think belt and shoes should be same colour. So all that I would change is tall tan brown boots with a heel (not too high). Or tan slingbacks same colour as belt. Or black belt and tall black boots. I am similar coloring and quite inspired by your choices. ❤
Outfit number 15 would look more elevating with knee high boots in a dark shade (I'd go with black) and a black belt, the lighter shade in between the deep shades doesn't balance well. Hope that helps. X
Femininity comes through the long silhouettes with an hourglass curve inward at the knees. The longer silhouette is somewhat the opposite of dainty--more dramatic, but then the style is quite casual. I think all of these outfits worked great for you, the piece you might try that would see a big difference is adding more hair volume on the top of your head. If you tried out some of the big rollers for a few mornings, I would be interested to see how you felt about the same outfits with slightly bigger hair.

To me, your choice is between mushroom (cosy, minimal, neutral) and flower (delicate, light, feminine). I’d go for flower since most mushroom elements are covered by mountain & earth. Maybe once you replace your autumn colours with more pastel-type spring ones like the peppermint jumper, I’d replace earth with mushroom. I love how luxurious so many of your outfits look & hearing your thought process.
Here is what I noticed overall - you need *something* going on: colour, structure, or interest. Every time an outfit came up that I loved, it had a more vibrant colour, an interesting neckline and/or silhouette, or an interesting detail like leopard print shoes. The outfits I disliked most were neutral, crew necks, plain, where you looked like you were disappearing. I was fascinated to see how adding an element of interest lifted things immediately. I watched your first video on style roots, where you were pondering Fire, and I agree with another commenter here that it would be interesting to see what Fire would be like as a style root for you. I think that mature femininity fits well with Soft Dramatic, whereas Flower can be almost too delicate. I enjoy the more vibrant True Spring colours on you and slightly more interesting necklines, both of which fit with Fire. The other thing I noticed is that my favourite outfits here were not the most minimal Mushroom ones, but the most structured Mountain ones. I really liked the bootcut jeans, and the structure of the thicker fabric and the stronger silhouette both felt more like Mountain to me. You looked really confident! This was a fascinating exercise to see - you are inspiring me to try this!
I’m a House of Colour fan so have been thinking about their style categories as I watch and in your 3 favourite outfits I see classic. Did you do their style analysis? Points of interest is something I learnt about from HoC but there has also been a recent Kettlewell live where they talked about it. Might be worth checking out as accessories also contribute to your style personality. Points of interest are things like jewellery, belts, make up, texture, interesting features in garments such as shoulder details or tucks, interest on bags like detail on straps or an added scarf tied round a strap, detail in your hairstyle (that slight wave in your case) etc. Even on days when you don’t wear full make up adding lipstick would count as a point of interest. Also wonder if you’ve thought of going back to your HoC consultant to say you’re considering you might be an Autumn? They would want you to be happy with the result. It’s expensive to change your wardrobe, even gradually! Also the merits of an in person consultation. Just my thoughts 😊
In the summer- maybe try some linen- i find that is a way to add structure to my summer outfits without it not making sense for the season. Clearly linen is not as structured as a turtle neck or other fabrics but I find it adds more structure than other summer fabrics.
I think slightly feminine outfits like with your skirts suit you very well. I think the 'flower' element suits your your natural features (face, hair, body type). I see this more than 'earth' or 'mountain' to be honest.
Outfit 18 is sooo nice on you!! I wish i could order Kettlewell without it costing an arm and leg to be sent to New Zealand. There are quite a lot of Kettlewell clothes I love. And 100% agree about the tan brown boots. 😊
love your style! thanks for sharing your process with us! :) outfit 15: i had a similar issue (isshoe?) recently. it needs a shoe that either covers that part of the body completely (tall boot) or that covers the toes but not the top of the foot. and/or changing the value of the colors in the shoes & clothing to be more in line with each other (light/light, light/mid, mid/mid, mid/dark, dark/dark instead of light/dark). i think that's my only constructive critique about any of your other outfits - you're not high contrast and need a long line, so the outfits that have a high contrast between top & bottom cut your line. ex: outfits 8 & 12. outfit 7 is also high contrast but your line isn't disrupted so it suits you.

In this current cycle, is there anyone who's going to advocate for polyamides OVER natural fibers? When someone says "this style category prefers natural fibers", I raise an eyebrow. It smacks of the gimmicky marketing that has made a fast fashion brand like Quince a consumer base.

I had some linen shorts which I wore a lot but still felt a bit slouchy in them. Maybe linen trousers and shirts will help, thanks 😊
