Citlali & Ayaka meeting each other was literally on my bingo since both of them love Case files of Miss Orith detective novel & Ayaka’s outfit is inspired from it.
After doing Citlali's SQ, I SOOOO want her and Yae Miko to meet now lol. Can you imagine how Citlali would react meeting her lol? She clearing mentioned the Yae Publishing Trading House by name lol.
I genuinely believe making Citlali connect with some old characters in future events would be hilarious. I want her to meet Venti and Kaeya so they can be "alcohol connoisseurs" together. Maybe Kaveh too ? I want her to meet Madam Faruzan and see what happen. I want her to meet Kokomi and Ei so she can actually share her love for light novels with other fans. And also to meet Yae Miko so she can be a fangirl. I want her to meet Mona so we can have more lore on divination techniques.
Do y'all remember that old genshin video they posted where its a preview of the characters (1:41) i find it weird out of all the characters they showed (diluc, ningguang, ayaka, cyno, Lynette and lyney) iansan is the only one there that didn't play a significant part in the story or at least accompanied the traveler. She only showed up like... 30% of the archon quest maybe...?
And we have the Rooster for Snezhnaya and Dain for Khaenri’ah. Considering the Rooster is the Mayor and Dain is our main Khaenri’ahn, I think those two will be impactful. Weird how Iansan has been less relevant than the other 5 heroes, Citlali and Kachina. She’s been there but she was only important in the 5.2 AQ and even then the AQ’s only memorable moments were the Captain and the ancient name being almost completed. And Iansan was the first Natlan character we saw as you said so it’s weird af that she’s comparable to Chasca’s sister in terms of importance to the story.
There were some rumors from random youtubers that Natlan story was changed drastically from what was originally planned take this with a grain of salt as i forgot which youtuber said this how they got the info.
Tbh it probably was a change in the storyline focusing more on the nation's situation or maybe it's because she wasn't one of the first characters from the nation to be released before the archon was released
So this means that Citlali goes to Inazuma one day, probably for Light novels or some kind of event involving them, since "Natlanese" can now leave due to the Ley Lines being altered and them being allowed to leave Natlan without major issues, foreshadowed by the end of the AQ. It also means that Ayaka STILL likes to wear the dress, probably because she got to see Aether in Fontaine lol.
