I, too, would love to see part two of this interview. It's hard to find Aznavour interviews in English, though he was all over American (and British, I believe) TV in the 60's and 70's.
They didn't actually ban them. He wrote and sang "Après l'amour" which was about two lovers basking in the afterglow after making love, and this was very risqué at that time. Nobody else was writing such daring things. Many years later, he joked that, the way song lyrics evolved, those old lyrics of his seem like they were written by "Little Lord Fauntleroy" (very innocent and not risqué at all)

I think that CA was a very very intelligent person talent like few for sure one of the best artist ever.A Great man in many ways.I admire him.
