Kkkkk man it's not too hard to play bass, me for example, i only have now 2 years of playing. Dedicate yourself a lot to it and you will see the great result in a short time. And you don't need to spend on expensive equipment ok? just find a used bass that has a sound you like and a amp. good luck bro👍
May bass is 20 years old, i got it a life ago😃 played it for about 5 hours a day for two years, cant get changing the fingers from different strings good, timeing, all that, no worries, but yeah i have certainly hit a wall, joke is i type for a job, my hands are quick and accurate as a rifle for that, but for guitar, no, im just not that talented 😃 still, have no aspirations for it, like the guitar is like a fiddle toy to me, always has, but it's frustrating to know that your greatest skill that earns your life is not transferable 🤷♂️👍
