OBC CERTIFICATE (DELHI) ye likha hona chahiye heading pe. Or koi sa nhi chalega and 1st April ke baad ki date hone chahiye certificate pe, agar purani date hai to ek NCL certificate banwana padega

@@vanshikakhurana7680 Yes, I had paid the fee of 96k by borrowing at a high interest rate. I thought I would apply for an education loan after getting to college and return the 96k to the borrower by getting a refund from the bank. And now too I can't arrange the remaining fee. My family's financial condition hasn't been good for the past few months, and I don't want to put any pressure on them regarding the fee. That's why I borrowed the 96k at a high interest rate. I don't know what will happen, there's a lot of fear. If anyone finds out, please inform me as well

You can get a character cert. by any Gazetted Medical Officer. Go to some doctor who has a government job. He'll make it.
