Hey man,greatest break downs of technique out there ive seen so far!!am applying your cues slowly to my sumo.. do you think static streching/opening hips before session is a smart thing? Or what is the best way to make hips loose long term??been facing hip tightness problems, sincd ive done for two years conv dead and resently switched to sumo,, thanks alot!!

good video David. you can effectively apply a lot of those ques to a conventional pull as well.
