I just ordered this seat and tried to cancel it and buy the BioBidet Bliss BB-2000 but Amazon denied the cancellation. The reviews on the BioBidet Bliss BB-2000 are great and it seems to have many more features than the DLS. What makes the DLS better than the BioBidet Bliss BB-2000 considering it's more expensive?
Good question! While the BB-2000 is a premier model of ours, the newly released Discovery DLS includes additional features such as UV sterilization, automatic open/close, and our lowest profile design to date.
i have had 2 of the BIO BIDETS in my BATH ROOMS and they are a wonderful thing to have. The BIO BIDET 2000 is the BEST ONE ON THE MARKET.
What does it take to talk to somebody oh my god this company is brutal

Great question! Unfortunately, this bidet seat does not have an enema function.
@@biobdet1 I just want to say as a BIO BIDET 2000 FAN i have 2 in my HOME. Are you guys doing what APPLE does, they create something and leave out one detail and then come out with another with that detail later so you will have to buy a new BIDET? all these COMPANIES like EXAMPLE BISSELL came out with a new cord less vacuum and it has these rotating spinning side brushes that can get around all furnitures and they LEFT THE LED LIGHTS OUT of this DESIGN and why they did that is beyond me, because all their NEW UPDATED VACS the cordless ones all have LED LIGHTS. So i am thinking they will come out with one next that gets the LED LIGHTS knowing full well their customers are used to the LED lights. That way they force you into buying a new version. There are a lot of companies that are pulling that stunt on CONSUMERS.
Does it have voice assistants integration? i.e. Google Home, Alexa, etc

Unfortunately, the Discovery DLS does not have saved user presets
Do you have product with batteries as a power supply?
Yes! The DLS remote control comes with 2 AAA batteries.

@@metch9592 the bidet connects to the wall with a plug and to your water supply!
@@biobdet1 thanks, would be great if you have model that works on batteries instead of wall plug as many dont have a power supply at wall near the toilet
