If Captain Salazar's meeting with Captain Barbossa was before the curse of the Black Pearl was lifted, the fight between them would have been forever, a war between two ghost ships.😂 In my opinion, there are important characters in Pirates of the Caribbean, such as the person who has a glass eye and his short friend. I hope he brings them back in the sixth part, perhaps in the crew of the Flying Dutchman. 
Barbossa is not only a well written character, he is also a well portrayed one. Rush did an excellent job in all five movies and played him with the same cunning and gusto with each one, adding more depth all the while. Depp's portrayal of Sparrow was unremarkable and not memorable by the fifth one, and his character has little to no growth in the series overall. Sure, you want Jack to be Jack, but you also want him to learn that there are things more precious than gold and drowning in drink.
Barbossa should not return to POTC, he was an incredible character, yes. But he had a good end, like Elizabeth and Will, they shouldn't have dragged them back, Barbossa had a good ending and they need to let it stay as that
Yes I think so too. Probably they could bring him back as a memory of Jack if Depp returns because sometimes they actually were friends and Barbossa was a mentor for Jack. But they shouldn't make his death meaningless
Hector Barbossa must be returned in POTC 6, there is no film without him, His monkey had one peace of aztec gold by his side, and as much as i read and as much as i know, Aztec curse had nothing with SEA curses, so monkey passed the aztec gold to barbossa before he goes down with anchor for his daughter and jack, i watched so many trilers for POTC 6 and i think, i saw him with aztec gold in his hand, he survived again.
The curse of the gold only occurs when you remove it from the chest.....Will and Elizabeth both touched a piece when it was outside of the chest and neither got cursed by it
I pirates 6 I hope barbossa lives or escapes from the locker or something like that. I know Disney makes you think characters are dead when they are really alive witch really annoys me because I’m not really thinking any of the main characters will die but since barbosa is my favourite character in pirates of the Caribbean I would love if Disney would bring him back.
