Neither card hits if you have a 6 and higher except for one combination. If Banker has 6 and player has 0 and pulls a 6 which makes it a tie, the banker needs to pull again. Hope that answers your question at 4:15 . Baccarat is the best game with best odds if you have a good bankroll .

Non-commission baccarat with 8 deck is slightly ahead of a 6 deck. How they refill the shoe don't know. Imagine it's the same as a blackjack shoe. Except in baccarat the cards are never reused. They are destroyed after the shoe.

Baccarat is usually eight decks. They do not reuse the cards from baccarat because the players beat up the cards quickly as they squeeze their hands, lifting up a tiny corner of the card and peeking underneath. This leaves a mark that would allow the players ti identify the card later on. There's an interesting story about Phil Ivey, who was sued by at least one casino over so-called "edge play" which exploits small differences in the printing on the backs of the cards that allows one to identify certain cards. Suppose that you can KNOW the value of the card that will come out of the shoe, which I believe will go to the player. That narrows the range of hands that player can have.
