- When fast-rising Ukrainian metal group Jinjer descended on New York City's Gramercy Theatre on October 2nd along their first-ever North American headlining tour, Revolver's film crew was there to capture all the action. Led by badass vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk, the band ripped through an exuberant hour-long set featuring such crushing songs as "Judgement (& Punishment)" (off their new album 'Macro'), "Ape" (off January's EP 'Micro') and more. He is absolutely amazing drummer! And he has classical piano education))) Couple of days ago they recorded drums at our studio!
I don't know how they are able to put that much energy and power in to every single one of their performances. Its outstanding!

This band is rapidly rising in popularity. I hope that if they become a very successful band that starts to headline major music festivals, arenas and stadiums that the success doesn't get to their heads. Some bands get a big ego and become assholes with success. For example, KISS, especially Gene Simmons. Gene Simmons trying to Patent the devil horns hand gesture that Dio made popular not him plus that hand gesture is centuries old to begin with so Gene Simmons trying to say that he invented this hand gesture and therefore try to Patent it just proves that Dio was right about Gene Simmons being this greedy asshole and making a joke about Gene Simmons saying that Gene would also say that he invented breathing and shoes and everything else. KISS in an interview made the interviewer change his shirt because the interviewer had an Iron Maiden shirt on instead of a KISS shirt. WTF? Children assholes! Then in the same video KISS claimed that they are the ones that made bands like Iron Maiden and AC DC popular because these bands once opened for KISS is fucking ridiculous. I and many other fans of AC DC and Iron Maiden are fans of these bands because we like or love these bands and it has nothing to do with KISS helping them out in the 1970s with these bands opening for KISS. Hell I never even knew that they opened for KISS in the 1970s because I was way too young to be seeing and hearing those bands back then. I became a fan of those bands in the 1980s when I was a teenager. Plus KISS also said that we are the best band in the world. To say something like that just means that they think way too much of themselves. Hopefully Jinjer gets as big as possible but doesn't become jerks about their success like the band KISS and some other highly successful bands and musicians.
