I just noticed bulbasaur is immune to poison as he's a poison type, so the poison just makes him a bit drunk. Charmander isnt immune to poison, so it actually hurts him.

@burhtnoodle no, it's wild but even in gen 1 bulbasaur and his whole line was always duel grass/poison type.
I'm not sure why they felt the need to do that though and not give the other 2 duel typing as well until the end for charmander and just never for squirtle.

The best animations take the longest.... Unless you're working with a team, but even then it takes ages. I got that love-hate relationship with animators. They make the best content but it takes so long.
I think there is the fear that maybe there won't be another one!

With the context of Episode 11, Weepinbell's eyes not turning into "X's" at 5:23 meaning him getting stabbed didn't kill him is an incredible attention to detail.
Funny that from Episode 10 we know the X’d out eyes aren’t just a stylistic choice, they’re an in-universe indication of a Pokemon being dead

For those of you who couldn't catch what the Hitmonchan "glitch ghost" looked like, I'll describe it.
Hitmonchan is standing in a limp position, his body colors are grayish and dull, and his mouth and eyes are nothing but empty, black holes.
Hope that helped.
