Each card is cuter than the one before. GREAT new layouts too. I absolutely LOVE watching your videos Kristie. Please keep them coming; especially ones with DOODLEBUG DESIGNS.
I love watching your creative process Kristie, and I love, love, love all things Doodlebug too. I purchased all the "Let it snow" items too. Can't wait to try some crafting with it. Heartfelt thanks for all the love, blood, sweat, and tears you put into these wonderful videos!! You are such an inspiration!!❤️🌷❤️
I’ve been trying to watch all of your videos and I have gotten so much inspiration from you. I love your style. I’m afraid I will not be up to your caliber yet but hopefully soon.
Yay!!! I have missed watching your 6x6 paper pad card making videos so I am very excited you are doing them for Christmas in July! Your 6x6 paper pad card making videos are so relaxing to watch and gives us great card making ideas. I know it is a lot of work for you do this type of video, thank you so much Kristie for doing these types of videos!
First off - loved the music. I have this collection and now you have given me examples for the cards. I do plan on using the numbered sheets for advent calendars for my 2 youngest grandsons - did one for the first time last year and now they want one each year.😀 This collection is one of my favs! Thanks for all your inspiration.
Sweet cards! I just ordered some doodlebug summer Cardstock, this is the first time I’ve used doodlebug bug. I find it’s good for adults and children alike🙃
These are adorable! I can’t wait for the Seaside Summer to come out also!!! I’ve received lots of goodies this week so I’ll be crafting this weekend!! Making some cards to add to my jewelry I’ll be selling at a craft show in November!
I love Christmas time!!!! I always enjoy watching your videos! Snowmen are my favorite, followed by the cute little penguins. Where do you usually get your solid cardstock from?
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed using this adorable collection! I purchase most of my solid cardstock from my local Joann's. I wait for a good sale on the individual sheets and stock up. There are a few colors I purchase in the packs. Black, kraft, navy blue.
Beautiful Kristie!!! Love them all! 🥰 Time flies😱🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for inspiring me to start on my xmas cards😉🌹 Question… how do you store your card sketches?🤔 ideas? 😊🌹
Thank you so much! 😊 Yay for getting a start on your Christmas cards. It's never too early. Lol! I keep the printed sketches in an expandable file folder sorted by website and in chronological order. I also store all the sketches digitally. Sometimes it's quicker to look for a sketch on my computer, then I can pull out the printed sketch for the video.
Great creativity Kristie. Do you use 65 lb or 110 lb cardstock for the cardstock. Thanks I'm very new to cardmaking and love watching how your high level of skill makes it look so easy to do.
Hello, I know this is from last year but you have inspired me. Thank you, I was wondering if you have your sketches to be able to print or are for sale? Thanks
What weight paper do you use on your card bases? These are so adorable. I have some of this left over so I’m going to make each of my two grandsons each one for this year! ❤️
How do you keep your space so clean while you are making cards? Is it part of your planning process? Or are you just naturally a tidy crafter? My table starts out clean and 3 cards in it looks like a craft supply truck threw up on it!!
You don't see the space off screen. Lol! I mark off the visible areas so my video doesn't get cluttered. Sometimes challenging with this type of video. I am a pretty organized crafter though. As soon as I finish a project, I clean up the mess.
I see when u add panels to the main card backing u always do it upside down does that help in getting it straight, my biggest problem always a little off, ty your cards are alway so nice
Thank you! I like to adhere the card front to the card base starting on the folded side. That way, I can easily trim the bottom of the card base if it's a bit too long. I think lining up 3 sides also helps get it on straight. I do it upside down because then it's closest to me while I'm recording. Otherwise I'd have to lean over my card in the video. Lol!
Love the Christmas music! I too purchased this paper pad last year and have not used it yet. Thank you so much this video. Now I feel like I can make some of your cards. Question though- when you used the Collage die, did you just cut out each square on a paper cutter or did you use the die for each square? Great video like always!
Thank you so much! This collection is just adorable! I use the collage die to cut out all of the squares. That way they inlay perfectly inside the frame. The nice thing about this die from MFT is that the squares are all the same size. Not all dies like this are that way.
Thank you so much! I used Love From Lizi peel offs. They add such a fun touch to the cards. Here's a link where you can purchase them. ldli.co/e/p31qe49
Hello! Love From Lizi peel offs are only available online from her website. She usually runs a free shipping sale on just her peel offs at least once or twice a year. The last sale was in June, so you just missed it. I always share info about her sales on my channel, blog and social media pages. I LOVE her peel offs!
Hello! The stickers are called peel offs and they are made by Love From Lizi. Here's a link where you can purchase them. ldli.co/e/qy0rz4r I LOVE using them on my cards! 💗
It's not showing that the Tonic Trimmer has been discontinued. But it's been out of stock for several months. I hope it gets restocked soon. I know many people have been waiting to buy one.
Thank you! 😊 I only show the duplicate cardmaking in my 6x6 videos since it's all about the whole process of turning the paper pad into a set of cards.
First, I love Doodlebug. Seeing them used on cards in this way totally made them look amazing. These are some very cheerful and happy cards. I love the sketches you used - really compliment the products. It was like they were made for each other. I have several favorites from the bunch. Will you sell some of these cards on your Etsy page? You have inspired me to spend some time this weekend working with some of the sketches. Will I use my precious Doodlebug, probably not.🤣🤣 But thanks to you, I did snag the Jaded Blossom gnomes and I think they will make some fun focal points for the sketches you featured in this video. Oh! I hope they come up with a Christmas add on to the gnome!?
Aw, thank you so much! I love using Doodlebug's adorable collections. 😊 I still have plenty of time before I need Christmas cards, so I would definitely consider selling some. Let me know what cards you are interested in purchasing. You can email me at kristie@kristiemarcotte.com Sometimes it's hard to use the cute Doodlebug papers since they are soooo cute. I just buy multiple paper pads. Lol! Have fun with Jaded Blossom's gnome dies. I love them! And yes, there will be Christmas Add Ons. And Halloween and Thanksgiving, and more. So fun!
I loved each of the 3,925 seconds of this video!!
🥰🥰🥰
love these papers, doodle bugs bring out new christmas pads every year. XX

I love those pin stripe stickers, but the shipping costs way more than the product. Are there any companies in the US that are comparable? Thanks!
