    Jordan,Bob and Brad.Brilliant excersises and easy to follow.used you Guys when Gym closed and bought 5 different fitness band's from Decathlon from 5 kg up to 60kg.Not missing Gym as can do all excersises from your Guys.i obviously use 45kg and 60 kg for Squats but haven't had suffered any injuries since watching you Guy's.if I get a pinch I just watch your physio routine's and that's all she wrote.Cheers from Thailand 🇹🇭. but from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿👍👍👍

    Hey Jordan, loved your work out.
    I know it may not be ‘ cool ‘ but when wearing dark clothing, white piping makes it easier for us to see.
    Brad has it on his sweat pants.

    Question....are upright rows good for your shoulders? I thought Bob and Brad said not to do these. I could be wrong.

      They mentioned that the over head would be bad if your rotator cuff injury causes pain do it. Same with reaching behind yourself for something.

    Sir I am suffering from LEVATOR ANI SYDROME please help me with its information and provide some exercises and method to relieve it's pain...please sir I am in lots of pain😭

    I have a spine injury, all this looks painful, especially the rubber band under the feet and pulling up, that’ll compress the spine even more. I’m screwed
