Jordan,Bob and Brad.Brilliant excersises and easy to follow.used you Guys when Gym closed and bought 5 different fitness band's from Decathlon from 5 kg up to 60kg.Not missing Gym as can do all excersises from your Guys.i obviously use 45kg and 60 kg for Squats but haven't had suffered any injuries since watching you Guy's.if I get a pinch I just watch your physio routine's and that's all she wrote.Cheers from Thailand 🇹🇭. but from England 🏴👍👍👍

Question....are upright rows good for your shoulders? I thought Bob and Brad said not to do these. I could be wrong.
They mentioned that the over head would be bad if your rotator cuff injury causes pain do it. Same with reaching behind yourself for something.
