It doesn't matter if it was ruined in my personal opinion. But it did deserve the Reactive Armor removal along with the hull traverse nerf so it does make sense when WG said that it will no longer dominate any kinds of battle you're on
Yea, sadly, it did lose a lot of pen for more DPM even if the reload time didn't change. Even if the tank itself already has a very accurate gun, they made its aim time a bit worse

The update has caused the Chieftain Mk.6 to lose APCR ammo :((
