I just subtracted their birth years, both Dongwan Kim and Hui Choi have a 7 year age gap between each other. So they could def date and marry each other, because of this episode I lowkey ship them together, she seems like a sweet & considerate lady tbh.

I used to be a hard core Shinhwa's fan but all this fangirling has lessen as I grew older. But I still think Shinhwa is the most all-rounded idol group out there. Other idols don't have that chemistry that they shared. They're simply hilarious whenever they came to a variety show. I still couldn't find an idol group that can amuse me so much like Shinhwa did. They don't have to explain why they're still together after 16 years. Just observe them on variety shows.

Shinhwa was my top and my favorite I always go by shinhwa 6 and to me none is top the other my favorite has always been minwoo because I was a fat girl and I see like dongwan said he tells girls they r pretty even when their r not. It just shows me that he has always been kind even to big woman. And that’s why he has been my favorite from time to time. And it has never change. Shinhwa 6 all the way!! And I I find that their jokes r insulting at the same time they don’t take it to heart witch I love about them. And enjoy them so much!

i am 16 but i always stuck to group like shinhwa, tvxq + jyj and super junior or infinite. Idk why but i feel all the kpop-ness are pure when i'm being their fans. and i love how the old idols are truly idols. i learn a lot of postive things from them. well time passed, but i still hope there's more group that will show the true kpop instead of targeting western style. im sick.

Agreed. Most kids from 10 to 12 years old are already into kpop. When I watch some groups act so sexy, and of course the kids will watch it. I dont think it's a good example. Simply sexy is okay cus maybe that's the group image. But not too sexy or revealing. And cuteness overload also makes me want to puke rainbow. Asian is well known for their modesty. I wasn't in Shinhwa's generation and I've only know about kpop in 2011 but when I see Shinhwa on show like RM and Happy Together... I find them so likable ! And like now they could said basically anything they want which most of kpop groups don't/can't, there's a charm to that.

shinhwa and super junior are the only groups i can say are real and that i actually like. suju is everything for me but shinhwa have made me a fan aswell. both groups are so down to earth, real and honest theres no fakeness with their personalities or with their relationship towards eachother. theres no groups like Suju and shinhwa in kpop.

The way Dongwan and Eric fight reminds me of the fight between Leeteuk, Kyuhyun, Eunhyuk, and Shindong did tell on another show (I don't really remember what show it was, I think it was Strong Heart?). Both were having such trivial and childish matters to fight for, but that's what makes them funny and get along like brothers XDDDD
It was like that on I Can See Your Voice when he, Heechul and Shindong represented SuJu as guests. Even Leeteuk (MC) pointed out about how Yesung was getting ignored again.
How they fought like kids but make up as a men. I really love both group! plus the fact on how interesting they could tell stories like that makes me love them even more! 💓
When Dongwan said the fans' love was a bit over the top, I really agree with him of not being TOO nice to them. Because if any idol doing that even the fans cross the line, the fans of them will doing much worse than before. This is maybe little bit off topic about Shinhwa, but it made me remembered about VIXX Leo when he chastised fans because of their bad behavior. The fans entered the waiting room at broadcast station and took their picture without them knowing. The whole situation became worse because it was out of rules and their company already gave several warning to them and the station wouldn't allowed their fans into the station for music shows. It's not wrong to love and adore them but they have to respect their privacy. They have to give them some break because they also need some relaxing moment and want to feel comfortable before their performance.
2023 here I am! I watched the one where they are having a farting lesson and contest like…..14 times cuz I just can’t stop laughing to the point of crying 😂!
I love this Happy together episode the most.. they all are so witty. This program become enjoyable and not so serious. As they are big sunbaenim, they have a lot of experiences to share. I love all programmes that includes Shinhwa in it.
I feel nostalgic as an ELF cuz now it's our super junior Oppas 15 anniversary. I see how much they learn from Shinhwa and feel really thankful with them 4 set the path to further boybands. I hope ELF and our super junior continue to follow them. Love Shinhwa 😍😍😍

Still watching this in 2016. Shinhwa members are all bias wreckers, they started this and made it hard for everyone to choose one person over another!! I love Shinhwa because they're so loyal to themselves and to the fans, like is it just me but anytime a group breaks, you break with them (cough JYJ started it) even though you also want to support their decision. Ahh I can't get over how everyone remembers all the funny episodes they've had, it warms me up. Still sad that Andy didn't speak a lot in this!
Recently watched running man with Shinwha, they had me so intrigued I had to watch this episode to get a feel for there personality's. They are growing on me. Think they are fantastic!!!!!

SM wanted to disband them and only resign a few members for solos so Eric had to renegotiate with SM to sign everyone as a group because they wanted to stay in SM. That fell through so they left as a group.
+downthispath Yes, that is true they only wanted Eric and Minwo and Hyseung, during the time. But the thing is there is no bad blood between them as they still talk to sm artists and Lee Soo Man ssi. But no matter what SM still has the funniest groups every for example SJ SNSD SHINEE are the best on variety shows (talking about humor) they have so many funny stories and are easy going, so i know sm may not be the best company for some people but their artists are still one of the bests
At first, SM offered Minwoo and Hyesung solo contracts but when they rejected, SM ultimately did offer contracts to all Shinhwa members (probably with different conditions for each member) but Shinhwa decided to leave.
SONE, put God first they probably learned from their H.O.T sunbaes. 2 of their members stayed with SM and it was said to have caused friction with between them and those who didn't. I doubt they will ever reunite because it seems they have drifted apart unlike g.o.d or SechsKies. Management issues and contracts aside I also think that having a strong bond and staying in contact plays a part in staying together.
My favorite Happy Together episode lol I love SHINHWA so much. They are some of the funniest guys in the world to me and they keep me laughing. This is the best Happy Together episode (in my opinion)

I only recently started getting into Shinhwa and I really enjoyed watching this episode, they're truly entertaining to watch. My ultimate favourite group is Super Junior and I hope they get to come as a group on Happy Together as Shinhwa did :D I watched Super Junior guest star on Shinhwa Broadcast and that episode almost killed me with its hilarity. Truly the gods of variety.
If any other kpop group can stay together as long as them I'd be surprised. I love them even more as adults because they are just so real and give zero fks because they've been around for so long. Been there, done that.
I feel like I've fallen down the Shinhwa rabbit hole lately ^^; they keep popping up as a YT recommendation and I find myself unable to stop watching once I've started. The guys are just that funny. (And now I wonder why I never looked them up although I used to adore Minwoo's solo music.)

Eric Mun is a little quiet. I don't know why but the leader of Big Bang, G-Dragon and Shinhwa, Eric Mun have many things in common, at least you can see that in the Happy Together show. Their hand gestures are both a little girly, especially when they laugh, the way they cover their mouth or touch their face with their hands. By the way, I'm from Viet Nam and 25 y/o but I'm still in love with Eric Mun. I know him through the drama Que Sera, Sera and lately, I also watched the new drama Discovery of Love. Wish I can meet him once :)
Hyesung has such a lovely personality and when I think about how he tries to lighten up the mood ehen drinking despite his introverted personality, I find it absolutely cute and adorable

shinhwa and super junior are the only groups i can say are real and that i actually like. suju is everything for me but shinhwa have made me a fan aswell. both groups are so down to earth, real and honest theres no fakeness with their personalities or with their relationship towards eachother. theres no groups like Suju and shinhwa in kpop.

I agree, I really love SuJu so much and Shinwa too. I really enjoy watching them in variety shows. There are really no dull moments with them and can really make me laugh so loud because of their stories 💓.

The way Dongwan and Eric fight reminds me of the fight between Leeteuk, Kyuhyun, Eunhyuk, and Shindong did tell on another show (I don't really remember what show it was, I think it was Strong Heart?).
Both were having such trivial and childish matters to fight for, but that's what makes them funny and get along like brothers XDDDD

When Dongwan said the fans' love was a bit over the top, I really agree with him of not being TOO nice to them. Because if any idol doing that even the fans cross the line, the fans of them will doing much worse than before. This is maybe little bit off topic about Shinhwa, but it made me remembered about VIXX Leo when he chastised fans because of their bad behavior. The fans entered the waiting room at broadcast station and took their picture without them knowing. The whole situation became worse because it was out of rules and their company already gave several warning to them and the station wouldn't allowed their fans into the station for music shows. It's not wrong to love and adore them but they have to respect their privacy. They have to give them some break because they also need some relaxing moment and want to feel comfortable before their performance.
Awww I'm so happy for Dongwan. The spotlight is on him. But Andy should have more part too. Ahhh our Andy

I love this Happy together episode the most.. they all are so witty. This program become enjoyable and not so serious. As they are big sunbaenim, they have a lot of experiences to share. I love all programmes that includes Shinhwa in it.
I feel nostalgic as an ELF cuz now it's our super junior Oppas 15 anniversary. I see how much they learn from Shinhwa and feel really thankful with them 4 set the path to further boybands.
I hope ELF and our super junior continue to follow them.

Still watching this in 2016. Shinhwa members are all bias wreckers, they started this and made it hard for everyone to choose one person over another!! I love Shinhwa because they're so loyal to themselves and to the fans, like is it just me but anytime a group breaks, you break with them (cough JYJ started it) even though you also want to support their decision. Ahh I can't get over how everyone remembers all the funny episodes they've had, it warms me up. Still sad that Andy didn't speak a lot in this!

SM wanted to disband them and only resign a few members for solos so Eric had to renegotiate with SM to sign everyone as a group because they wanted to stay in SM. That fell through so they left as a group.
+downthispath Yes, that is true they only wanted Eric and Minwo and Hyseung, during the time. But the thing is there is no bad blood between them as they still talk to sm artists and Lee Soo Man ssi. But no matter what SM still has the funniest groups every for example SJ SNSD SHINEE are the best on variety shows (talking about humor) they have so many funny stories and are easy going, so i know sm may not be the best company for some people but their artists are still one of the bests

At first, SM offered Minwoo and Hyesung solo contracts but when they rejected, SM ultimately did offer contracts to all Shinhwa members (probably with different conditions for each member) but Shinhwa decided to leave.
SONE, put God first they probably learned from their H.O.T sunbaes. 2 of their members stayed with SM and it was said to have caused friction with between them and those who didn't. I doubt they will ever reunite because it seems they have drifted apart unlike g.o.d or SechsKies. Management issues and contracts aside I also think that having a strong bond and staying in contact plays a part in staying together.

My favorite Happy Together episode lol I love SHINHWA so much. They are some of the funniest guys in the world to me and they keep me laughing. This is the best Happy Together episode (in my opinion)

I only recently started getting into Shinhwa and I really enjoyed watching this episode, they're truly entertaining to watch. My ultimate favourite group is Super Junior and I hope they get to come as a group on Happy Together as Shinhwa did :D I watched Super Junior guest star on Shinhwa Broadcast and that episode almost killed me with its hilarity. Truly the gods of variety.
I like how they are so talkative. 4 of them look like extroverts and 2 look like introverts (Eric and the mangnae)
If any other kpop group can stay together as long as them I'd be surprised. I love them even more as adults because they are just so real and give zero fks because they've been around for so long. Been there, done that.

Eric Mun is a little quiet. I don't know why but the leader of Big Bang, G-Dragon and Shinhwa, Eric Mun have many things in common, at least you can see that in the Happy Together show. Their hand gestures are both a little girly, especially when they laugh, the way they cover their mouth or touch their face with their hands.
By the way, I'm from Viet Nam and 25 y/o but I'm still in love with Eric Mun. I know him through the drama Que Sera, Sera and lately, I also watched the new drama Discovery of Love.
