Above & Beyond broadcast the first ever episode of Trance Around The World from the Ministry of Sound studios in London back in 2004. On 10 November 2012, almost a decade later, they travelled halfway across the world to the Indian city of Bangalore for the show's transformation from Trance Around The World 450 into Group Therapy 001.
This special episode of A&B TV follows three of Bangalore's residents as they give us a unique view of their city and attend Above & Beyond's landmark 450th radio show at the Jayamahal Palace.
Thanks to Renuka, Sharat, Adithya for their time, interviews and for sharing their own little piece of Bangalore with us.

Looking back after 7 years, i still cannot believe that i was there. Had heard only a handful of AnB tracks prior to this gig, i was mind blown at the concert. I was 12 years old. Sort of kickstarted me EDM journey of my life and this was my first of many. Incredibly grateful for life as i was at the right place at the right time that led to me attending this.
Awesome! I got hooked to trance music when I was 18-19; 'Sun in your eyes' track brought back many memories !!
Trance is the only genre were one is able to feel the music right to their core. It allows people to enter into another dimension which is a very unique, pure & magical experience.

I was there and I still can't believe it. Never has there been a show where there was so much love and positivity. Thank you Tony, Jono and Paavo for letting us be part of this historic night. The thought of letting go of TATW was tough but the birth of ABGT gave us something to look forward to and gave us hope for the future.

Call me corny but I had tears of joy in my eyes while watching this video! Music truly IS the Universal Language of Love!! And ABOVE & BEYOND and their music and their shows truly are GROUP THERAPY!!! I sooo want to see them again soon!!!!! Group Therapy Miami in 2012 was just tooo long ago already!!!

If there ever was a day that my existence came to an end, the only thing I would want people to feel is what I feel every time I listen or am in presence with Above & Beyond. The inner spirit in me is awaken and all my pain subsides, I feel through this music, lyrics, and my fellow trance family around me. It soothes me, and protects me from all the atrocities of the outside world. I come to peace with myself and existence. Forever in my heart you'll remain my first love, trance for life..

That guy is totally right, when you listen to A&B, everything thats going on outside of your headphones doesn't matter. U do go in to a state of meditation. I have been lifting weights for over 4 years now (21yrs old) & artist's like A&B, Dash Berlin, Armin Van Buuren & Nic Chagall help push me mentally. I am reaching goals i never thought was possible. Thank god for beautiful Trance.

Guys, come on...I'm Indian & let's face it ... that was a pretty thick accent (especially the girl). Nothing wrong w/ it ... I laugh when I hear Eastern Europeans speaking English (have u heard Myon&Shane54, for example?), or western-Africans -- it's hilarious!! He didn't say anything really that derogatory.
Besides, after watching that beautifulllllll video, how can anyone be thinking anything remotely negative? I got chills...
