I have been using WP Rocket for years, and my website has always been in the green, but in the last two weeks, I had a mobile drop to 70's. I added Perfmatters to my website and followed your setup for using delay javascript, and the speed has soared to 100 for almost all desktops and the high 90s for mobile. Amazing! It's very hard to know how to fix core vitals when self-taught. This is gold, thanks again :)
