2:50 in 2009, that building was the home of Dan Scott's Big League BBQ, a restaurant I worked at for about a year during my senior year of high school. Best brisket I ever had.
Hi Timothy! That was a nice walk and talk tour of Liberty, SC's town center. I wonder how you did that, Timothy? How did you walk around that town center holding that camera in your hand the entire time while simultaneously playing that guitar so that music could be included in your video? 🤣😂
I filmed Liberty, NC, a year ago. It is a beautiful town too, but it had a lot of empty buildings. I hope they have been able to fill them up since then. I linked to the video below Liberty, NC Video ruclips.net/video/pSbKtYl99rA/видео.htmlsi=T4ChMyKnc8lBebyH
@@sjk17 You’re welcome. I love the old theater. I think more and more people want their town centers to return to how they were in the past with lots of independent stores. I have seen it happen in other places. Hopefully we will see it here too.
Small little town center but seems safe and clean! At least it looks like it's still fairing well! I always wonder with the way people shop today just how long this old way of life will last! Hopefully our lifetime 🎉
If the smaller shops can be somewhat competitive with their prices I think these town centers will thrive. Shopping is an experience for most. And you cannot get that by buying online. The corporate stores around every exit have become boring as well.
Thanks for being our continued eyes Timothy !
Glad to do it. And thanks for being a subscriber 👍

I bet it was good.
Thanks for sharing memories of the place 👍
Back to some fall color. We had an excellent fall color show this season. Thanks for the tour.
Yep this was my last November video. It will be time to head back out soon.😀
This is my Town! The Mexican Grill still hasn’t came . I love my small quiet town.
Same here. I love small town America. 🇺🇸
