    The inefficient manner in which the Elections BC process is being conducted is an exact representation of how every public sector in BC is being managed i.e. healthcare. So why are we surprised that Saskatchewan will likely get their results before we do? To the NDP voters, this is exactly what you asked for so this is what we're going to get for another 4 years if they win

    • @seanandernacht800
      @seanandernacht800 Месяц назад

      You're upset that they're taking the time to make sure all these ballots are counted correctly? The outstanding ones include phone assisted votes, special votes, and absentee votes which need to be corralled in each riding and then counted. They're simply not as quick to count

    • @timburris3008
      @timburris3008 Месяц назад

      Saskatchewan's final count for their election will be available on November 9th, according to Elections Saskatchewan. The only difference is that in their election, the result is already known. Even if the final count flipped every close race, it would not change the outcome. That's why the initial count is good enough. Make sense? All the stuff about government inefficiency is crap. Elections BC are NOT RUN BY THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT.

      Same way as someone can win the party leadership before getting a chance to even run for office. The same as members of the federal cabinet in Canada don't necessarily need to be MPs. In the US, no members of the presidential cabinet are elected, and no one seems to mind. A party leader is elected by party members and is an administrative position, there's no requirement that they also be an MLA.
