My thoughts on this are as follows. Wile the unit as is, is very inefficient, directly in front of it would be cold air though two pockets of hot air would form either side of the unit. I suppose you could add some ducting made from vaccum hoses to vent the hot air out a window. Since the power supply is never in frame it could be anything that generates 12V including a solar panel.

én 2 db cellát használtam egy termo ventillátorhoz , annak csináltam egy nagyon jól szigetelt ládát ami 6 literes , 4 liter vízet tettem bele, és 2 db peltier hűtötte a vízét keringés közben letudta vinni a vízet 6 fokra de úgy hogy a peltierek 70% ban voltak kihasználva , a termo ventillátor egy volcano mákából van 17000/m3 légszállítással és egy 3 rétegű kondenzátorral/ 1. osztályú alumínium hűtőradiátor , a beszívott levegő 26 fok volt a kilépett levegő 10 cm ről 8 fok lett 5 fokos vízből , közepes venti sebességen , és máris lehagytam egy split klímát negyed annyi fogyasztás gyorsabb hűtés , persze egy 1. osztályú termo venti 240.000 körűl van

I think this would be a MUCH better video if it were redone with a voiceover explanation of each part, what it does and why it's in this build. Also, the size of the unit, the temp of the cooled air vs the surrounding air temp, how large/small a space it can cool. drop the "music" it's pure noise.

I wished I could make something like this that you didn't have to put ice in and that ran super cheap or even on 12-volt but this video is actually over my head and pretty complicated actually but if it really does work like it appears to that's amazing but I would love to see someone make one that was made out of more durable material and not just foam basically.
You can probably make one with a 12v cooler as long as it has a fan on the inside and the outside. Those use the Peltier method also. I found one at a yard sale for real cheap. I didn't want to damage the cooler so I removed the lid, put it over a piece of two inch foam that has aluminium on each side. Traced the lid on the foam then trimmed it to fit the cooler. Then I cut holes for the fans one pointed inwards and the other outward to exhaust the cold air.
Foam, cardboard, glue and aluminum can fan blade? WOW! If you take this to a more sophisticated level it would ALMOST be good enough for an 8th grade science fair project. ALMOST, I say.

Yes, nice, but peltier consum too much energy. Further more on it's other side it generates heat. So it generates cool and hot surfaces at the same time to your room. So...

You hear up more than you cool. Due to the hit side venting back into the room. Only place that would benefit would be directly in front of the outlet.. you'd do better with a swamp cooler.
Condensation falling down on the wiring below and hot air exhausting on both sides of the thing would be the only issue.

Without Freon or alcohol or ice it is just a fan... $14.oo at Wlamart. Water coolers work somewhat but it would need to be a closed system and a generous supply of cold water.

Remamber very adequate insulation is a must within the vehicle... That is why you see 30 ft motor homes with 2 30,000 Bri air conditioners... Because their insulation severely lacks performance... Meaning... Making a 300 watt airconditioner for a cam is useless at best. The ice ones work but require a lot of....ice...daily.
Tu aire a tiene varios errores de diseño:
1 el termómetro te está midiendo la temperatura de adentro del aire no la de ambiente es decir la real que está saliendo del aire y si haces una segunda medición te vas a dar cuenta que afuera está más caliente porque y ahí tienes el segundo error
2. Porque las celdas están disipando calor hacia la misma habitación.
Tu aire no sirve porque a la vez que en frías por un lado lo calienta por el otro así que de nada sirve colocarlo en una habitación si no va a enfriar nisiquiera un poquito

Количество нагретого и охлаждённого воздуха компенсирует друг друга да плюс добавляется ещё тепло от 3 вентиляторов. В конечном итоге эффект будет такой же как и от 3 включённых вентиляторов. Автору надо изучит как работает элемент Петье.
Does the author really fail to understand that he cools the air on one side and heals it on the other. The amount of heated and cooled air compensates each other and adds more heat from 3 fans. In the end, the effect will be the same as with 3 fans included. The author must learn how the Petie element works.

This wouldn't work to cool a room as the heat is been dumped back into the room.
It's like trying to cool a room by leaving the fridge open, more heat is generated at the back of the fridge warming the room up.
You need to "pipe" the heat away somehow, say out of a window.

Correct people calling this brilliant don't think to themselves if there was a cheap way to make a desktop air-conditioner that really worked to keep you cool they would have done it already .. And it's definitely not 12V two heat sink fans one regular fan and two thermos conductor that take power how the fucK is that 12V.
Every device produces only heat, the reason why air conditioners work is because there is an external unit throwing the heat away while the inside unit cools the air. But the trick here is to throw the heat away, put some exaustion tubes in it, problem solved! But it is still not efficient. It's better to use a compressor for air conditioners.
John Starjes, you obviously don't know what a Peltier device is... It actually DOES work but it's not as efficient as a compressor. But the good thing about Peltiers is that it's a Solid State freezing device without mechanical parts. If it was more energy efficient we would be using that on our desks. (Obviously you have to throw the heat away using air ducts..)

You're right. I did one for fun using a 12v cooler that uses the Peltier method. I didn't destroy the cooler. I just put a Styrofoam cover with fans that I made up. It wasn't efficient but it was fun to try.

スポットクーラーのことはあまり知りませんが排熱を屋外に排気しなければ一体どうやって部屋を冷やすというんでしょうか？
ごくごく一部だけを冷やすにしても部屋自体が温まっては多分元も子もないと思いますよ。つまり冷えた空気ではなく温い空気が出てくるのではないでしょうか？
あるいは常に換気扇を回したうえでこれを使ってたとえば足だけ冷やしたり首だけ冷やすと言う事でしょうか？
たとえば、屋外で自分に冷風を当てたい。屋外ライブとかでやねだけのテントとか設置してスポットクーラー置いて、冷風のダクトの前にいれば涼しい。排気は周りに出されるけど気にしない。スポットクーラーなんてそもそもがそんな作りですし。（一部製品で排気ダクト取り付け口、窓枠用排気ダクト接続器具なんてのが同梱されてる物もある）
スポットクーラーの目的は部屋全体を冷やすのではなく、冷気を対象に当てる事なので。
あぁそういう用途ですか。
でもペルチェ素子ってかなり電気を食いますからでっかいバッテリーも持ち歩かないとちょっと厳しそうですね。
