Windsor NY Town Board meeting ( people speak on fracking ) Part 2 July 11 2012 (07/11/2012)

People are responding to the Supervisors passing Resolution 24 which allows the DEC and Governor to do their job and decide what is best for NY regarding gas drilling and fracking. There were a lot of questions why the "Fracking" resolution was passed with out any apparent attempt to reach out to the community or obtain a mandate, same issues occurred in Sanford
I find worthy of note is testimony starting at 3:30 about cement integrity and the 23:00 minute mark about the NY DEC. See part one for more.
