      Dennis Scholz Dennis Scholz we had small drone Mavic Air, we used it couple of times only in safe area with no viewers, close to us. We where very careful with this.

      You can go alone without a guide. Does not leave the path. 25 dollars a day was enough for the two of us!

      We did the trek alone, without guide, just both of us and we had plenty of time to enjoy beautiful landscapes :) we recommend!

    Which drone did you use and did you have any difficulties to control it during flight because of windy conditions? Thank you

    • @beztropiku3472
      @beztropiku3472 5 лет назад +1

      It was Mavic Air, there was all the time allerts about strong wind, i tried few times to make captures, scenery and space was perfect, but there was strong wind durning afternoon. If you able to wake up very very early you can have good condition to fly with drone. Above 3500-4000m i had to much difficulties.

      Bez Tropiku did you have any difficulties at the airport because of the drone? Did the authorities ask you about it, about insurance for drone or something like this or they didn't mind?

    • @marekgoebiowski3249
      @marekgoebiowski3249 5 лет назад

      Hi Dragos, we didn't have any problems at the airport in Kathmandu. No one asked us about the drone. But we have some problems at Dubai airport. The problem was not with the drone but with batteries... Some lady (on security check) told us that we can't take the batteries on board even we have a special antifire bag. She almost threw all batteries into trash. We had to speak with her manager and police and explain it is ridiculous. After 20 minutes they gave us the batteries back and we could continue our trip to Nepal.

      marek gołębiowski I'm doing the Annapurna Circuit next April and want to take a drone with me. We're flying with Turkish. Did you have the batteries within the hand-luggage inside the cabin or gave it up at check-in?

      @@freedidi5392 take all your batteries and electronic with you inside the cabin. Be sure to all batteries are empty (not charged). Due to the safety reason. Have a nice trip and share your movie with us! :)
