I think everybody can play however they want as well, but I some playstyles are just inherently less fun for one side

I play more survivor than killer but these videos of killers getting the better of certain survivors are so satisfying to watch. I've played killer a few times and it's crazy how many toxic survivors there are cuz a match doesn't go their way. Great job!

You handled these dumb dumbs so well, massive props! I’ve been encountering these types of survivors way more often recently and it’s so funny seeing how they immediately fail against a killer who knows what they’re doing
@allisonvp5383I only play killer and I wish more survivors were like you. I really try to play with the spirit of the game. I only slug bully squads or if there's another survivor super close by. Otherwise I always pick up people I down even if it means I lose the match.

I'm new to DBD and just came across my 1st bully swf. I saw a video of killer tips that mentioned that last minute flashlight switch so I knew what was coming. You're very good with Huntress

New to the game but I'm assuming that these bullysquads would disconnect from the match the second they find out that the killer has that perk.

You did very well! I remember going against a locker/beamer bully squad as the doctor. I eventually managed to shock them all so much they couldn't flashlight me properly due to screaming. That and slugging, of course. ;)
I remember playing nemesis one time and had a 4 man flashlight squad (I didn't have light born or franklins as a teachable perk at the time) they tried taking me to Macmillan but I brought a sacrificial ward because it was the only thing I could do to hope I would screw them up on a map somehow and ended up getting midwich instead that round lasted an hour, they all ended up bleeding out in the end, it was so satisfying for me ngl lol.

I had a toxic group of girl survivors while playing as trapper, and they kept blinding and locker stunning me and tbagging, I had ordered grocery delivery and it arrived in the middle of the match, I had enough time to bring in the groceries and talk about the current match with the delivery person and then they finally did the gens and my NOED activated and I killed them all 🤷♀️😂

I deeply admire how pragmatic, disciplined and calm you are in your approach to squads like this. I wasn't even playing and the locker bullshit at the beginning made me sick to my stomach with dread/stress lmao. I am a newer player (approx 200+ hours) and it was very helpful seeing how to approach these matches with some patience and that they're not an auto-loose situation.

Watching this a year later, this strategy wouldn't work because she couldn't have camped Dwight until he died, due to the new anticamping mechanic. I wonder how she would handle it today?

Dwight was probably a soloQ. I feel for him :’) I always end matching with a 3man-swf and I’m always the one to be tunnelled/camped out first. I’m not saying this is not a good strat to counter a 3man swf, cuz it is, it just sucks lol.

I had a squad just like that on that map too. As I'm not nearly as good as you, I kept pulling them from lockers and get stunned, 8 or so times in a row from the same one, and lots of other times too. The I saw their flashlights were depleted, 4k gg :) I got -35 score for "escaped grasp", but that was easily offset by my positive score in that category. Watching your video was so refreshing.
Remember people, Scott said last second flashlight switchs can be countered by last second lightborn switch, and sure as hell you have enough time to do it lol
keep a lightborne build on the loadout at all times so it's a click away ig
I had this exact same scenario playing Trickster a few months ago, 😅 I was (and still am) pretty new to the game and had no idea how to play against these people.
Wish I knew then what I do now.

It's funny how people are saying "why are killers mad at this obviously trolling playstyle, its a mechanic of the game" and then proceed to get mad when killers tunnel, camp, etc

god, my worst killer match by far was when I was barely starting out as Trickster and the team changed to high prestige with flashlights at the last second. Never been more tilted in my life. It was cool seeing how you handled this squad

What really gets me in those situations is not the fact that those little shits get on my nerves that's fine with me but rather that i feel incompetent to deal with the situation cause im level 6 and i know jackshit about mechanics playstyles and where my subsequent focus should be so im getting angry at myself, your games help with that and the overall "moving with purpose" thing. you and quietkills are my go to homework channels now ✌🏻

Ah, this meme survivor build. I bounce between killer and survivor and came across a group with flashlights and endurance perks.
Was funny when I seen the first two that have it, realized it would get old quick when I realized all 4 of them have it. Then it got boring when it basically resorted to me having to camp downed survivors.
Looked up hill Billy and seen the light born perk. Gonna keep that on the killers for that silly meme build.

When i have the feeling im getting a bully squad, i instantly select lightborn. Im also a bit lucky because i use franklin's demise in most of my builds
Watching a Pro Surv its a meh experience, but watching a Pro Killer its something unique.
I dealt with a bully squad yesterday. They brought two flashlights and two sabo tool boxes with basement and map offering. I left them to bleed out on the ground and only nodded after all but one died since they found hatch.
Recently I had a 2 person bully squad. I was playing plague for the first time and I didn't bother with any perks since I was just doing a challenge. They were abusing this same map, a window upstairs, plot twist and some of the break out perks for being carried. They didn't do gens besides the main building. They never finished it. They eventually messed up. I hooked one and camped. Then the other managed to get them down and traded hooks. Then I slugged the other after the one on hook died bc there was no way I could get them to hook. I just kept throwing up on them. Got the game they deserved.
Also if they wanted me to rage quit. GL. I have a toddler. I have so much patience.
NGL, I think dredge is their hard counter, harder to blind them when they inside locker with dredge lol
If they are a vampire. Dredge is the stake and Lightborn the holy water XD
I just got my first proper bully squad playing as m1lly today with a gen-jockey. They all had headon and flip-flop/power struggle. Needless to say, I 4k’ed

I remember when I was playing trapper and outsmarted a bunch of bullies. Felt like heaven. I set up my traps so if they tried to blind me they would step in the traps and I would get free hooks.
As someone who plays both killer and survivor, this was so satisfying to watch

4:57 this map is so goofy though, i had my face right in one of those crypts and they still somehow flashlight saved through the building. xD there was literally no angle but they still somehow got it xD
The last games of dbd I played was against this kind of squad. I took a 6 month break and first game back was this kind of squad. Haven't turned the game on since.
You should've camp abd tunnel them of course, this is the only playstyle that can help you win.
I see lots of people "hating" on the swf for playing the way they did. It's totally fine for them to play how they want to, they have to focus on their own fun, not everyone else's. Just the same way it is okay for you to slug, tunnel and camp, that's you focusing on your fun. They are both legitimate playstyles and strategies. No need for people to get mad at either.
How often does this strat even lead to escapes against non-baby killers? Dedicating 3 out of 4 teammates to nonsense for the whole match. They have to land so many saves to make up for the drop in gen pressure, it's not legit to me it's just fucking around, which to me is fucked up to the Dwight who's playing to win
Went against a sabo squad as Nemy once. All of them were running Boil Over, Saboteur, Breakout, and Streetwise while carrying sabo toolboxes to repeatedly body block and sabo my hooks. They also brought in 4 petrified oaks to spread out my hooks to maximum. Since I couldn't get a single one of them to hook in time and all four weren't doing gens at all, I just slugged them and let them bleed out.
The amount of nastiness I got in the after game chat from them, how I was toxic and they were just having fun. They threw every insult to killers they could at me. Even saying I tunneled them off hooks, but I hadn't managed a single hook. They were even calling me salty, despite the only thing I said to them in after game chat was GG's. LMAO
Even tho you killed them..they made it hell for you.
Squads like these are why I run Franklins lol

Game devs should implement a rage meter like if you keep flashlight stunning or locker stunning the killer or stay in chase for way too long. The killer gets a 50% speed increase or stun resistance or something for 10 seconds or longer
It's matches like these that show why Lightborn really isn't necessary when you can just slow the game down and play patient. Nicely done.

Nothing against them if their goal was just to mess with you and not care about winning by focusing on objectives. But as killer you alone have a job to do and I was happy with the win :). As someone that constantly gets try hard survivors, this made me so happy.
As a zarina/Jake main and killer main when in solo que if I ever see a killer being bullied like this I go out of my way and help the killer so far I only ran into 1 duo doing it with lickers I helped the poor trapper and thanked me for it letting me and other person out remember killers want to have fun too

This video was rly satisfying to watch but a quick tip here if you don’t know yet, if the surv is in deep wounds, they can’t use dh. I noticed you didn’t want to hit Nea in the 7 min mark but she couldn’t get the speed boost from it with soul guard if she had it ❤
