Chana Kurma
Ingredients
Chana - 100 grams
Tomato - 1
Green chilli - 1
Garlic cloves - 5
Ginger
Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 2
Onion - 1
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Coconut - 5 tbl spoon
Roasted peanut - 2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
