bro, charging time depends on the charger your using and what kind of fast or slow charging your phone supports, i checked it with turbo charger of moto g5 plus and i didn't notice any difference in charging speeds compared to stock usb cable provided in the box, regarding transfer speeds haven't quantified yet, but if you want i'll let you know the difference compared to other normal usb cable.
