Big Berrettini fan…great serve, forehand, slice. Best of all appreciated by fellow tennis pros! He will be top player in Italy’s tennis history and he has so much to be proud of in his young career. I’m pretty sure his personality and manners will continue to make him one of the most beloved players.
Do not think he is top 5.. Djokovic, Nadal, Medvedev, Alcaraz, Zverev better than him.. even a fit thiem is much better... I can name at least another 5 that maybe atleast on par with him..
@@prabesh8277 i agree with Djokovic, Nadal, Medvedev, Alcaraz - but after that i dont see much seperation which is why i put him at 5. zverev and thiem dont play a role in GS right now. Ruud, tsitsi, Rublev, fritz, norrie, and co are not above him.
Very handsome very stylish player. He looked better a couple of years ago though. Now he looks too toned looks likes he deliberately losing weight to get a tad quicker on court. His problem is in crunch situations he is mentally not so strong. Wish he could truly believe he can win the big ones.
He is a servebot with a huge forehand with a non existent BH and everybody knows that, his 2 weapons aren't even consistent so when off he is completely vulnerable and even when on top 10 players beat blowing him off the court. He doesn't have good movements like Zverev, Tsitsipas and Medvedev who are 6'4+

Dude s been so unfortunate with injuries. Top 5 Grand slam contender when healthy and in shape
His only real chance is Wimbledon once Djokovic is out

@@tvtotalforever If fit Zverev is definitely above him..not even close.. only on grass but the rest I will pick Zverev all day long
@@tvtotalforever Has Berretinini even won a masters 1000 yet.. the guy is limited
Hope to see Berrettini lift the wimbledon trophy in 2023 🤞🙏 recover well Matteo and keep playing tennis!
Unpopular tennis opinion: if anyone of these players will win a slam out of zverev, tsitipas, rublev and Berretini, it will be berretini first.
I agree 1000% as weird as that is
True, but only because of zverevs injury

So sad that he got COVID and could not play Wimbledon. He is another level on grass.
