So they may cast their ballots accordingly. If they had any actionable criminal evidence; the congress would have turned this over to the Attorney General's office. Or appointed a special commission to enforce the law, If they felt the Attorney General's office was unable to (or refused to on various grounds which is the offices prerogative and perfectly legal).
