Congratulations on your joining me in my being clean and sober, I just recently gave up marijuana and I am working on my 5th year of sobriety and I've been off drugs since 2008. Recently I have been couch sitting and people who drink have come out of the woodwork during the experience. I just pray for them and take a walk around and clean out the energy. I gave up most meats, doctor's meds that were making me fat and worse and dropped 49 pounds in a year 😀😁😀 Just wanted to pass on how I get through daily

What I was in not what I am. What I am is not what I am becoming. I used to tune out my empathy and intuition with alcohol daily, all day. I picked up everything where ever I went; grocery shopping, going to the movies I thought I was going insane because I couldn't differentiate my emotions and thoughts from others. Then one night I was visited while in complete heart failure and reminded what and why I came here for and to change and embrace my purpose. I was diagnosed with heart failure and my numbers had a mortality rate of 75% within 3 years. That was 2 and half years ago now I have no trace of any heart issues and I embrace my role on this planet and love for myself and mankind. God is great!

Yess!! This evening I went to the supermarket and I noticed that so many people are looking at me. More than the last couple of weeks. And it was already evolving 😳..
I felt also evil eyes, but indeed I am unbothered about that. Because I know, that will soon be over!
