I love Canada! Been there several times from the UK. We loved Toronto, Quebec and Ottawa…..but really loved the West….. from Calgary to Vancouver and Victoria via Lake Louise, Banff, Jasper and Whistler …. your country is just fabulous! x
I stayed in Old Montreal for a week a couple years ago and it’s still one of the best trips I’ve ever done! It was my first solo trip and I got to see so many interesting culture spots, museums, galleries, churches/cathedrals - so good! And it’s a bit more English friendly there too
PEI in the summer is so beautiful (my favorite is early July when the lupins are out and the fields of potatoes with the red soil are just starting to grow) there are amazing beaches, lighthouses, scenic drives with rolling hills and great food, especially in Charlottetown and in the little seafood shacks (yummy lobster rolls?!? yes please!) around the province. Definitely a bucket list kinda place!
I lived 2 years in the countryside of Quebec and moved to the west coast, so seeing this landscapes and buildings in Ville du Quebec warms my heart! ❤saudades❤
next weekend trip In Quebec late June.* Bike ( tandem bike) the Ile aux Coudres. Camp on the island and eat the "fraise des champs" . visit the windmills, the wine liquor and bakeries on the islands. Ile Orleans is bigger. and not as safe to bike. 10 days ? drive along the St Lawrence River South side all the way to Gaspesie. Make sure you plan a day on Ile Bonaventure by Perce and hang on Ile Bonaventure a Baie des Margots. Nothing like it in the world. Ile Bonaventure will be old Quebec. Do not plan to cook your food. eat smoke salmon at Hotel Bele Plage in Matane or M Raoul dugauy smoked salmon in Matane. Or M Emile fish ( pick it up at his house) in Perce. you must do that trip in Late june. Long days with lots of daylight. Do not plan on cooking. Pick up breads from the bakeries that are always located near the churches at the " place ' big empty square in front of the church Have the poutine et hot dog or burgers along the way. It is old French country. ( French Canadian: native American intermixed with French culture). Make it all the way to Souris PEI and take the 5 hour ferry to Iles de la Madeleine.
Caitlin! Your french is really not that bad, I hope you're considering renewing with your old french lessons because of your trip. J'espère que tu t'es amusée à Québec, prochaine fois tu viendras à Montréal, tu vas adorer ;) (I hope you had fun in Québec, next time come to Montréal, you'll love it) Sacha xx
Great video! I'm so glad you had a good time. Québec City is my home town. I don't live there anymore, but seeing it through your eyes was awesome! Made me homesick! Put Montréal on your list for next time! See you there 😊
Quebec City is so romantic ! I lived there for three months but I moved to Banff ! Alberta is so amazing you’ll have tick it too - I went to Vancouver in October and was so beautiful all fall leaves and we got blue skies
Great vlog! I love sightseeing and experiencing both tourist and local attractions when I travel! Also, love your Pawnee shirt (not only as a P&R fan but also a resident of Indiana)!
Gorgeous video! 🥰 We just got back from the area.. Valcartier Resort. We really wanted to show the kids around Quebec City but we got rained out ☹️ So we drove around instead. Truely La Belle Province 🥰
if you visit Vancouver BC let me know! i will meet you in Granville and buy you a beer. OR i can meet you at the Empress in Victoria and i will buy you and a friend an English tea. We must reserve the tea 2 weeks ahead of time. ❤💌

Beside that last stairs (day 3) there is a building with an elevator open and free to the public. The access is in the cafe at the bottom!
Lots of priceless memories made in Quebec City!! Can’t wait to make some more on future voyages 🙌🏼
Highly recommend visiting Halifax! Lots of interesting old stuff, beautiful scenery, great food!

Your next location suggestion.... Banff and Jasper Alberta. Breathtaking... can't wait to take the kids there one day.
Nice presentation. I live on the south shore which also has an old fort and interesting architecture.
Je vis au Québec! 💙 Bienvenue! C’est vrai qu’on doit marcher beaucoup dans le vieux Québec… mais ça vaut la peine! As-tu essayé la poutine?
Nice to see Quebec City gain. I need to know about Nadine's sunglasses, I'm looking for a pair and really liked hers!

Accordion intro, huh? But no berets and baguettes? P.S.A: French Canada has as much to do with France as the USA has to do with the UK.
Thank you for respecting french, at least a little bit.
Québec is not France . Why using french music ? You would use bagpipe for Toronto, NYC because they speak english! Ridiculous and ignorant
