It's great. The textures are great and reflect like it is animated but the water just needed more beautiful and transparent textures which would be more attractive and more beautiful. But all what you have made is great with your full effort and with your love and passion for painting.

BEAUTIFUL Realistic painting gone absolutely sour by adding abstract thick strokes of string across water meant to represent skies reflection... I do this as well quite by accident. We must practice, practice, practice... to overcome these heavy handed rich strokes.

I was waiting for you to soften the watercolors a little bit to maybe make it look like shadows in the water from the trees or from a son that you would have put in the sky reflecting on the water but softer
I think the artist is using acrylic paint. This would still look beautiful in watercolour though. Perhaps the water could be a little more muted. X

maybe for the reflection of the sky which is yellow and orange... and i'm waiting to blend all those colors...

I don’t get why people are so mad about the stripes in the water, not every painting has to be realistic, I love how you let your imagination does the work, this painting is unique not a boring representation of reality.

I actually liked the coloured stripes in the end, since it tied in the sky with the water. I do wished the colour of the water was a bit less bright though, since it pulls the attention away from the rest of the painting if you know what I mean?
