Hey Sarah, thank you for another great video and sharing all you do. To answer your question @ 35:52, some of my fav trigger words end with "ling" like "sparkling" or "crackling". Another is words with a "t" sound such as "comfort" or "ultimate". Lastly for me; whispered and inaudible sounds are like you said, great for the background when I'm not really listening but want the sound.
Please do a no talking ASMR videos with your triggers!!! I love your videos and you are the only ASMR creator that helps me with anxiety but I can sleep with someone speaking to me, my brain just don't relax so please make a no talking video!!! 😢😢😢😢

I have that same leather journal from b&n! It was a gift from a friend and I love it 🥰 I also attempted to use mine as a travel journal but now it's my regular journal whenever I feel like reflecting or writing something a little more meaningful than random notes or scribbles
