VS semi annual sale hasnt been good or fun since the early 2000s. You could find all types of surprises in the beauty area for cheap and the clothes and lingerie were 75 percent off. The stores used to be PACKED for the sale...you could feel the excitement. I miss those times.

Girl, I walked out of Vicki's empty handed! That sale is SAD!
I picked up Tease Heartbreaker 1.7 oz perfume and the Bombshell Wildflower FFM. I had my cart filled last night and logged on this morning and none of what I wanted was on sale. 🥴 and $6 for a body mist is not a good deal, that’s a good regular sale price but for the “biggest sale of the year” semi annual sale that’s not a good price.
I looked briefly and said “nope my no buy is safe “

The sale prices throughout the year with coupons are more of a sale than SAS prices....6 items for 100.00 is pricey,too much for an SAS sale...I have items saved in my cart on purpose waiting for price reductions

I haven’t watched this through yet, but YES, it’s terrible!!! I paid $5 for mists that weren’t on sale w/the $50 off $150 offer before this sale. When we had $20 off $50 cards I paid less for perfumes than their “sale” prices shown today! Ok I’m gonna finish watching but I’m sure I’ll agree w/w/your mini rant😉
Here is my conspiracy theory allegedly, more people shop SAS so they aren't getting all the profit they want. They do better sales when most people aren't expecting them so they lose less profit. For VS it's better to get do the pop up/flash sales during the whole year.
All I know is that I get much better prices w/the other sales/offers. I did place an order yesterday but I will get a price adjustment if goes to extra 25% off or just return the first order and reorder at the extra % off. I’m not even sure I’ll like the scents I ordered so it all may go back…lol. I live almost 2 hrs from closest store so I have to place “blind buy” orders online to actually smell anything new. I don’t order all the new but if it’s smtg I think I may like I’ll try it and if it’s not good I have to return it. That’s why I like hearing reviews of scents to also help w/not blind buying things I don’t think I’ll like.
I also wonder how much VS and BBW not being sister companies anymore affected how much they could bring back/how lackluster the body care/beauty section was

I got Crush last SAS (as a blind buy), via online, and it’s now one of my favorites! I’m so glad it’s back since I want a back up.

During my morning 7 am walk I was plum disgusted at the limited amount of SAS products that were available! I did get a few things online since it was 2 times the points today. I’ll wait to get the Tease Heartbreaker perfume & mist when there’s an additional discount 🤨
I agree with you and everyone in the comments, the VS SAS hasn't been good in years. They used to bring back so many older scents that, in-store had great finds. I find the Winter VS SAS a bit better, because at least you can score some gift sets for good prices. I think I'm passing on this sale. I'm done with BBW SAS too. Save my coins & rewards for Fall drops. I enjoy Cosmic too, easy reach. You look so pretty! Hope you feel better! 🌻🛍💫💕

I agree that the VS semi annual sale is disappointing. I checked online before I went in-store today and bought a backup of Autumn Shore and Frostmelt (which were $5.99 in-store). I also picked up Angel Gold (body mist) for nostalgia reasons. I will wait until the extra 25% for the actual perfume and maybe a purse. There were no purses in my stores. Thanks for sharing your haul and rant!

Girl, this has nothing to do with this sale….. because I looked and got nothing lol but, don’t sleep on last years sun blossom. I didn’t like it much last year but after sitting it’s soooo good and with the new gingham glow it’s the BEST layering scent I have come up with! Just believe me and try it out !
Victoria’s Secret should bring back old scents for the semi annual sale as well as B&BW brings!

Angel gold reminds me of dressed in white from BBW ❤️❤️ Also, I shopped at NorthPark. They had alot of bags, and It's funny that you mentioned the quality of the sale. A sales associate told me not to come back after this week 😂.

Haven’t been to VS yet I’m in Florida been flooded in but good to know what to get and what not we have a similar taste in perfume and bath and body works for most part so thanks sis for looking out and giving us the info

Honestly? I enjoyed the sale. Things will NEVER be like the use to be. I mean INFLATION is real! We have to be grateful that they are still having semi annual sale. Remember EVERYTHING is EXPENSIVE. I picked up a few perfumes, body mists, and some bras.
I usually don’t shop much in store because my store doesn’t have a lot but I went in on Monday and their perfume mists were $10 in store instead of $12.99 like online. I picked up another mist of Bombshell Ny. Their lipglosses were $5.99 in store and they are $9.99 online so I picked up two of those.
I placed an order for several pairs of pjs but I’m waiting for the additional 25% off until I order anything else 😂
I got 4 body mists, including Sizzling Vanilla- but that's all. The stock in my store was pretty pitiful. There weren't many other ladies in the store, as an employee was offering us all a shopping bag and we all turned it down 😅 no one was finding anything they wanted.

You see Northpark made their store smaller. They used to have a great selection. Town East is better. I was told people in Mesquite are better shoppers😂
Girl my husband works 5 minutes from the Galleria & ever since the Allen outlet shooting, I can't bring myself to ever go back there especially considering I was there the week before.😢😢.. I may take a weekend & go to Northpark as a family outing.. Regardless, I just need for "Bare Magnolia" full size perfume to have a good sale then I'm good.. 😊❤
I was waiting on Bare Magnolia too. I saw the bundle deal and they made it easy to not spend any money. I'll just keep it in my cart and wait to see a good price drop.

Since pink destroyed pink, and brought in plain no logo Walmart kind of Target shirts and sweats and no accessories in the backpacks are finally back I see but, my teens lost interest as did I know more Sparkles no more bling, Victoria's Secret got a little crazy with their $70 bras

I just got home after work and went to the Frisco VS and boy was that disappointing! I smelled a few perfumes, the ones you mentioned today and your getting ready for the VS SAS were all available and also saw several handbags… I left the store empty handed cause nothing was speaking to my wallet !
I can wait for the additional off, the store was dead, just me and 2 other shoppers. More staff than buyers !
I did have a question though about the Bare Vanilla Cashmere… I sprayed it on my arm and shirt sleeve but could barely smell anything… is this one that you would recommend ?

VS needs to bring back the body perfume and the original pink line of fragrance.

I was underwhelmed but I do have a few mists in my cart. I wanted to wait for a coupon but I’m not sure if the mists will sell out or not before I submit my order. If I place an order and a coupon comes out, will customer service apply the coupon to provide that adjustment?
I went in and some fragrance mists were cheaper in store than online. So I got Bombshell Wildflowers and Very Sexy Oasis. There was almost nothing in the pink collection and mostly body lotions in everything else, very few mists at my store…yours had way more perfumes than mine. Mine only had what they have online. Nothing exciting
My big bottles of bombshell isle and escape both have the actual metal plate on the front of the bottle. Maybe they just do it for the big bottles now? Cocoa soiree didnt have the plate tho and I have the big bottle of it too. 🤔
I wish they would do the original packaging for SAS but I understand it’s a way to save money.
Hi, when I went to VS yesterday they had their bins out already. There were so many bins of Frost Melt in the mist and cream. Not a lot of anything else. No purses or wallets. So disappointing. 😢
I threw about six things in my cart...and then abandoned it! 😂 Nothing is speaking to me and I already did my damage at Bath and Bodyworks. I'm content to use and enjoy my stash and wait for Halloween and fall to drop. 🙂

Hi shaughnessy do you think that the years vs sas was dry cuz they had a lot if things that went viral from Xmas to the releases they have now? Cuz a lot o people said Vicky did their big one this year with releases B&BW will always be better tho imo
I think that could be part of the reason but the VS SAS hasn’t been really good in a long time in my opinion.
I literally exchanged two mists (returned coconut passion & seaside surf and got siren serenade and bright mariposa apricot) and didn’t spend a cent. My stores don’t even have the new PINK stuff. VS ain’t where it’s at
My store isn't getting the new scents either. No mango, no peach swirl or rocket pop or cotton candy 🤷♀️ I ordered rocket pop online and ended up returning it
I was eyeing a few mists. Happened to check online a few days ago, and they were discounted. VS is expensive in my country, even during sales. They were the equivalent of US$8-9, on discount. I went to the store, to save on shipping, and the same mists are buy 2, get 1. I thought I would wait till SAS to see if the online prices would drop. Oh my, they went up 20% first day of SAS. This is my first SAS so I didn't know they do stuff like that. My picks are now already sold out online. Still available in store I think, but buy 2, get 1. Not worth it at all. The perfumes are all full priced. Unlike in the US, we don't have coupons on sale items. Will see if the prices drop over the next few weeks, but I'll stick with buying on marketplaces.

Thanks Ma'am, I sure did. Orange Flower Sun and some others. I caved in because some ranges will go back to B2G1, and running out fast. Will wait to see if there is a reduction on clearance items. Else will just check again winter SAS. Must be willing to wait, and lose out too, I suppose. In future, I'll check the regular sales, instead of paying extra during SAS. Thanks for your hard work and videos, much appreciated :)
i literally have been eyeing so many things from them and NOTHING is on sale, it's such a bust. They do sales all the time now tho so i guess i'll just wait for those to be on sale a different time.

Yeah, this wasn’t much of a sale from what I could see online. My store is usually a hot mess when there’s not a sale so I’m definitely not going in now. And why are the winter SAS leftovers still the same price they were in December??
