His main account is whitelisted, so that the game knows the Player "Tgltn" is legit. So no matter how many people try to report him nothing happens, but as soon as he plays on a new account "xxxtn" for example he can get banned or reported.
The stupid thing tho is that there just have to be enough reports in one game so that the game kicks u automatically just by the number of reports...

got banned today after solo wiping last squad and taking the dinner. they were very unhappy about it, like cursing, screaming etc., so I guess mass report had its place. Send ban appeals to battleeye and pubg.support, no answer yet.
my advice guys - don't get too good in this game, otherwise you're going to lose your acc with 2500 hours history (just my case), and hundreds of dollars spent on ingame items.
