Someone accidentally parked their car in my driveway once. I figured they must have been drunk, because when I looked in the windows, I could see the keys were still inside. But it was in my driveway, so I figured it was now mine and I took that car joy riding. It was nice, too. I had fun zipping around the interstate, but because I had never driven a vehicle that fast, I accidentally totalled it. Suddenly I'm the bad guy and the police are sending me to jail! What the heck?! It's totally the person who left the car in my driveway's fault! If they didn't want me to mistake the car as my own, then they would have parked in the correct driveway!

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I think the law should be changed in that if a bank messes up like this, it's on the bank and whoever made that error not whoever got it and failed to report.
I don't understand why the couple have to fix someone else fault...
