Or, as he would likely say,
"The patient will either get completely lost in what I've said buying me JUST enough time to get whatever it is we need to do done before they realize what they're in for, OR, through SOME miracle of the education system or their own personal god they UNDERSTOOD every word of what I was saying, they're likely now completely aware of what they're in for, and will cooperate out of sheer crippling fear of what may or may not go down if we AREN'T aloud to treat them properly."
I kinda resonate with him, in a weird way.. I recognize that tone of voice on a very personal level.. And out of respect for him and others will not explain why/how.

Yup I have to call into communications and tell them we're at the hospital, put on another set of gloves, make my way to the back of the ambulance, pull the patient out, wheel them into the ED, and somehow the charge nurse wants me to know everything that went on during a 10 minute transport of which when I open the doors the medic had done 15 interventions and given 6 medications. Lol. This is satire but it is funny how sometimes this happens lol
