Through prayers.. he is now talking, went from special ed to regular classroom, cracking jokes and all. We are not there yet but I can see the light at the end of tunnel. God is still doing miracles. He did mine. He will do the same for MJ. I was devastated and discouraged and one day my son, he didnt say one word. He said a whole sentence "mommy it is raining". Yes! when my daughter was diagnosed with Down Syndrome in utero, I had no idea what was to come. Now, 22 years later, I'm glad that God sustained me through it all. She is the most beautiful woman I could have ever imagined for my daughter. God has remained faithful as I anchor to Jesus.
I wonder if people know that when Pastor Michael todd says "that we want God to take us in deep" he means situations out of our control (health, financial, work, relationships)... but when these life crisis come to us that are out of our control that's when we build our faith and rely on God more. My sister has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy for 12 years and my mum just had diabetic retinopathy and is booked for surgery, my dad has heart issues and I’m hurting and I feel helpless and depressed but I’m anchored to Jesus. I dive deeper and I leave my will and I submit. As I go through these storms I stay anchored.

Through prayers.. he is now talking, went from special ed to regular classroom, cracking jokes and all. We are not there yet but I can see the light at the end of tunnel. God is still doing miracles. He did mine. He will do the same for MJ. I was devastated and discouraged and one day my son, he didnt say one word. He said a whole sentence "mommy it is raining". It was one of the best days of my life. God said I still perform miracles in this time. I will continue to trust him. And Pastor Mike he will do it for you, I know.

I dive deeper and I leave my will and I submit. As I go through these storms I stay anchored.

And you have lifted the weight that have been in my shoulders for years since I was a child, because now i have surrendered all my battles to the Lord.
