You can change the date on your actual PC instead of putting ms dos before installing the OS. Just take a snapshot of it (logged on into Longhorn, Whistler and such that is, and if you already installed guest addition, if compatible) when fully installed, and after that, don't forget to change the date to today's day on your actual PC that is. Now no need to re-install it, you just have it access anytime. Just restore it via a snapshot as logging on won't work due to timebomb.
