Skater squat, single-leg squat, rear foot elevated split squat, etc.
goblet squats are great. hold up a dumbell and keep your elbows straight. great for the shoulders too
zercher squat and jefferson squat should to be on this list imo. waaaay better options than any bodyweight squat variation...
Why did you demo with someone who can't OH squat?
No the prisoner squat has to have you leaning forwards, and reaching over as if you were trying to get a bar of soap off the ground and then pulling pants down
