Even if the bounty shows the grind between 2.5mil and 10mil the skill difference can be really small.
I know a guy who's really fucking good at pvp, but he decided to giveaway his bounty to people who need it.
Ofc that's not the case for everyone between these bounties but idk I had to explain what I learned when I met this guy.

The big difference between a 30 mil and let’s say a 5 mil is experience. A 30 mil has fought every type of build to get to that 30 mil status so we know how to counter pretty much everything.

It was good to get someone with an actual build for the 2.5m, when i reached max level i didnt have any good sword, my best one probably being saber, i didnt have god human and dragon talon was probably my best and i didnt even have any gun.
That 2.5 might be marine main and be using pirate

Higher bounty gives more stat boost if you check the bounty/honor npc you can see your stats
That's a huge advantage in pvp

i expected 30m had a main gun combo like sphm acidum soulcane rumble bc its the skillest combo i have ever seen

One of the most op slots for pvp(my opinion) E Claw, Kit ( untransformed, obviously), TTK, IDK(Any gun would fit, I don't often use guns for pvp), Shark v4. Ok so just hit em up with those normal combos for claw and ttk, then c from kit to deal high damage, then kit x to stun them and to stop them from doing too high damage to you, shark v4 ability and jump in the water while waiting for your health to get up, then rush in there as a transformed kit to smash their bodies apart. If you want, switch to gun at the last part and u can be like "EZ, killed yo weak ass with a f-ckin slingshot, bitch! Im God Usopp!" Lol. I normally just do damage until im half health and my opponent is half health, then ill use kit
why are those high bounties keep dying (like the portal justs ran into the soul guitar)
I recomend when using rumble dont partner dragon trident with gh use gravity cane instead
weird fact about thunderstorm when you use it, it makes a star shape
You should use venom from level one to 2550 and get v4

saber, eclaw and portal is such an underrated combo, you shred literally everyone in the span of 2 seconds and destroys 30ms and is exrtemely easy to hit + infinite combo

Build:dark blade v3 with the curse of reaper enchant(the white slayer yoru) u can use both z and x but u can only fully charge z move while shouting getsuga tensho
Awakened dark Z move (it looks like the slashes he spams in bankai) and f move(since it looks like a flash step)
No gun (or u can use serpent bow since its similar to his full bring bow...in a way💀)
And human V4 with the flash step ability maxed
U can only use godhuman z and c(only to make it easier)
And love ur vids,and #kloudzbetterthanFIJI
And u can use awakens dark C since it looks like ur charging up spiritual pressure but u have to use yoru z full charge afterwards
