The defense shinned. Lets see them face real competition first before ya'll crown him king.

I was very impressed with "Laser Man" and unimpressed with Pitts..

So we got a pretty good game plan, decent QB play, good run game performance, great defensive performance, and pretty good special teams. The one thing that sticks out this week: Kyle Pitts. It seems like no matter what we do, who we play, or who plays for us, there's one thing we're always questioning: What's up with Kyle Pitts? At this point, we need to see what we can get in return for him. Already low on draft capital, we need to put him on the market and just see what we can get.

He did a good job at being a game manager.

This is a business and kirk should've been benched three games ago ,so will we soar or will we sink,QB is the key!!! Go Falcons! 😊

Pitts got to go. Too the people talking about the coaches again you can't keep firing coaches. At some point in time you got to start looking at The players. After this season the players that are not pulling their weight need to kick rocks.

The first meeting between these two teams occurred on Nov. 20, 1966, at Yankee Stadium. The expansion Falcons came into the game at 0-9. Awaiting them were the 1-7-1 Giants who were about as bad as any team in the history of the NFL that year.
The Giants were a mainstay atop the NFL standings from the late 1950s through the early 1960s. But by 1966, they were an aging team that was dismantled and dispersed. Their roster was thin, and the results on the field showed.
The Nov. 20 game was led by the Falcons from the first quarter and they would never relinquish the lead. Former Giants running back Ernie Wheelwright caught two touchdown passes from future Giants quarterback Randy Johnson. Johnson ran in a third touchdown to lead the Falcons to a 27-16 win, the first victory in Falcons franchise history. Today's loss breaks that record as the Giants worst season in NY history. Penix will fall miserably next week as Fotenot and Morris' plan to 'change the culture ' after throwing Kirk Cousins under the bus a day after signing him will become the worst decision by the Falcons organization since the ridden of Brett Farve. Following back to back losing seasons, without Cousins the cream comes to the top in an historic Atlanta Falcons debacle and the worst front office decision in Falcons history.

I remember watching that game on TV as a kid. I ran upstairs yelling, “The Falcons won their first game!!!” My mom said, “That’s good, honey.” Haha

I just don't think Zach Robinson was comfortable with calling certain plays with Cousins that he's been able to do with Penix Jr. I mean looking at the first completion out of the gun, across the middle to Drake was a prime example. I don't think he calls that play with Cousins...no way. Having lived in the PNW the last 21 yrs before moving back east, I got to see Penix Jr numerous times at Alaska Airlines Field (Husky Stadium). He's been a winner (Positive influence) everywhere he's been, just like I believe he has brought energy back to this team. Falcons got them a good one.

Just to give y’all heads up, it’s upset alert next week. Then if we finish the season on a 4 game winning streak, that 5th seed team is going to be in trouble going away coming to the dome with a new quarterback that everyone is loving. That Georgia dome will be sold out

@The__Nation ofc. He didn't blow anybody away because like you said, he wasn't asked to to much. I'm talking about not getting flustered, making good reads, getting the ball out quick, etc. The flashes you look for in a young player. He showed promise today.

He made good throws & didn't turn the ball over, that int wasn't on him, now the defense has to respect his ability to move out the pocket

He hardly shined I don't think he completed over 50% of his passes I don't think he threw for any touchdowns He threw for an interception I don't see what was even good about it We played a terrible terrible Giants team with a even more terrible more ridiculous defense and if it wasn't for the two touchdowns by the Atlanta defense this game was within 10 dude is not the answer garbage to me Just cuz He is black doesn't mean he's going to save it
