Since -Nate- Deputy Asskick is a veteran, wouldn't he technically be allowed to operate power armor and a minigun, since the country is technically in a state of emergency?

Possibly but I wanted to be on the safe side, and make it a bit more of a challenge

Pretty sure this challenge is impossible since most Fallout fans consider it illegal to play FO4

After New Vegas has consumed my life, I can see why. FO4 was such a missed opportunity of a game, it hurts 😭

@@funki4896You’d be surprised, maybe on steam and console that’s true, but there’s also mod managers for new Vegas and such…

I think the hardest thing with this game in particular is that Bethesda make too many missions in their games where murder is the only option. So like you can argue that the Courser isn't a person (legally), but that just makes it destruction of property. You don't have evidence at that point that the institute is a terrorist organisation, either. For Kellogg, it's hard to call it anything but premeditated murder (with a side of B&E) - you broke into his house, tracked him across the state and then performed a heavily armed assault on his compound. All of it based on some pretty flimsy suspicion (a vague description to another detective who thinks it's him based on... vibes?) and no real evidence, not even circumstantial evidence. And then obviously we have the ending, which your hand is also forced in.
Fun video though, and pretty much every time you broke the law it's entirely because the game doesn't have anything even close to a pacifist route or pacifist options for quests (I mean, even the Museum of Freedom you came up with a creative solution and Preston is like "NOPE! Murder them all!"), so I don't think anyone can hold it against you.

Use of armor piercing rounds (Overseer's Guardian) violates Gun Control Act of 1968.
Working with private mercenaries (Ness) violates Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees section III a. Which is funny because you specifically said that quest "doesn't cross a morally dubious line."
Use of a nuclear weapon (Fatman and the detonation at the end) violates 42 U.S. Code § 2122 - Prohibitions governing atomic weapons.
Collaboration with paramilitary groups (Railroad and Minutemen). Not sure what the specific law that violates is, but its definitely illegal lol.

This is a great challenge idea. I really love the intro i have a idea can you beat fallout new Vages with out a free wheel or with a wheel spinner I don’t really know a good name for the challenge, but they’ll be a wheel with different options like a wheel for perks a wheel for what to level up in and a wheel for what faction you do with and a wheel for how to deal with every problem and you cannot make any choice yourself you can only spin the wheel

Legally (not morally) I don't think Gen 3 synths would count as people, since they are assembled and not born, so taking a chip from their heads isn't an issue.
