Ghar ki malai se ghee nikalne ke baad jo residue ya ghee ki khurchan bachti hai. Agar use bahut jyada nahi pakaye aur light brown hone ke baad hi alag kar de to use different ways mein use kar sakte hai

Mai iss se milk cake bnati thi....ajj milk powder khtm hai ... isiliye je recipe dekhi .... Bna ke dekhti hu ..then i will reply to this recipe

It's not halwa...barfi banne se pahle halwa hi lagti hai until you set it. Once you make it you will see the difference.
