    Ingredients
    Shortcrust pastry 375gm
    Black cherry jam
    Almond flakes
    Almond extract
    Nutmeg
    Icing sugar
    Directions
    Heat the pan then Add 50gm of almond flakes.
    Toast for few minutes gently stirring. Once lightly toasted remove from heat.
    Unroll the pastry sheet and then cut the sheet into squares.
    Add 1 tablespoon black cherries jam.Spread the jam.sprinkle some nutmeg.
    Take from one corner and roll inward.
    Repeat all the sheet.
    Egg wash all of them on top then Bake for 20 mins at 180c.
    Icing glaze preparation :👇
    Add 3 tablespoon icing sugar in a bowl then add 2 teaspoon almond extract.
    3 tbspn water and stir until icing sugar dissolves.
    Once cooked take out from oven.
    Transfer to plate.
    Drizzle the icing on top.
    Sprinkle some toasted almonds flakes and then it’s Ready to eat. 😊
