🛑 Frustrated with my new Carlinkit HD2CP! 🛑
I recently bought the Carlinkit HD2CP for my 2024 Renault Arkana with factory Wired and Wireless CarPlay + Android Auto, but it’s not working. 😢 Every time I plug it in, I get a pop-up for CarPlay, but then nothing happens. I’ve tried everything, including resetting my car, but no luck.
Support says they’re “waiting for adaptation,” whatever that means. Anyone else facing similar issues or have any advice?

Same problem in my 2023 Chrysler. And even if they come out with a software update I can't update it because you need to be able to see the menu to connect it to wifi for the update.

I too have the same problem. They shouldnt release a unfinished product.
