The whole Coachella valley area is absolutely stunning. My dad used to live in Indian Wells, he passed away 8 years ago, but I visited him back in 1998. But watching all these videos I realise how effing expensive everything has become in SoCal.
Hey Edwin! Thank you for watching! This area is beautiful but yes it has become really expensive. Compared to the rest of SoCal it’s “affordable” but a city like Indian Wells is on par with the other expensive cities of California.

Can you do a video comparing and contrasting Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta..........? And either in the same video or a different one, talk about the different golf clubs in these cities that have residences? I see many, many listings that say they're in this or that club and would love to see your take on the different clubs and what they offer. I've read some articles but would love your opinion. Great videos by the way!
